Dubai Worker - Pwede ba magapply ng tourist sa OZ?

Hi , may kaibigan po akong worker sa dubai (filipino citizen sya) at gusto nya mag tourist dito sa Australia.
Pede po ba mag-apply sya ng tourist visa sa OZ embassy sa dubai or kailangan ay sa PIlipinas ? Salamat po .

    yes..pwede naman po sya mag apply sa dubai.. i know several friends who applied tourist visa from dubai...

    Oct 16-28, 2012 - Initial Entry Completed - Sydney
    July 28, 2013 - Final move to Perth
    Sep 9, 2013 - Started work with the same company i worked for in UAE/USA
    Oct 28, 2013 - Moved to another company.. ;)

    I applied for a tourist visa sa vfs office sa may khalid bin waleed back in 09.

    Oo naman pwede kang mag-apply kahit wala ka sa Pinas...Ako dito ako sa Indonesia ng-apply at nakakuha ng tourist visa pa-Oz.
