I'm a little bit confused hehe kase may agent kami wala padin advise hanggang ngayon kahapon lang po kami ng lodge

My agent made the appointment after we finished the lodging of visa application. She handed over to me the referral form then the next day I went to medical @Mrs Atis

Ah ok na gets ko na po. Siguro wala palang email sa agent kaya wala padin sinasabi sa amin. Thank GOD at saglit mo lang inantay ang referral mo for medical. Hopefully magkaroon na din kami

@Mrs Atis kasi nangyari nun after na submit online successfully yung application ko tinanong ako kelan ko gusto pumunta sabi ko the bukas san mo gusto sa st lukes or diagnostic centre sa Makati? then she contacted the diagnostic centre and nagprint out ng referral. I suggest tanungin mo yung agent mo kasi it will take 3 days to more bago maforward sa immigration

Hi @Mrs Atis narefused po kami nung una because of finacial issue. joint account po kasi ung bank account ni sponsor namen that time po level 3 kMi ndi pwede ang in-law mag sponsor kaya narefused.. nung pumasok ung bagong rules na ssvf pwede na in-law kaya pinasa na ulit namen,ayun nakaluaot na hehehe nakaapply na o ba kayo?

@c_l_v_r Kahapon lang nag update samin, kahapon pa lang pala nila ma lolodge nagkaproblema lang daw. Kaya nga po ako nag tataka kc ilang araw na lumilipas kala namin nakapag lodge na sila ng dec 09 hindi pa pala. Sana about pa kame Feb 20 ang pasukan ng husband ko.

@almerac123 thank you po sa reply. Mahirap pala noon, kami naman po mother-in-law ko anv sponsor namin sana nga po hindi na magka problema. Kailangn po ba yung pera na ipang showmoney consistent sa bank ng 3 months?

@Mrs Atis they should do something about it kasi pag di ka umabot you will suffer not them. Trabaho nila yun and besides you're paying their services. Just saying. Nasabi ba nila yung problem?

@c_l_v_r abot pa naman daw sabi nila. Tama ka dyan ate. Ang sabi nga nila samin na ang my medical lang yung husband ko, pero yung napag tanungan ko dito sa forum pati dependant my medical din daw. A little bit doubtful sa agency may mga naka alis naman dito sa amin na sila ang agency medyo mabagal lang tlaga

Kapag po ba ang sponsor nasa Australia kailangan pa po ipa stamp sa JUSTICE OF PEACE nila ang AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT?

Hi everyone sa february din po intake ko. I already paid the initial fee sa school but planning to lodge my application this second week of January pa lang po. Aabot pa kaya ako for feb. intake?

@Cassey thank you sa reply. sa bagong rules na siguro ito.. naka lodge na kami pero pending daw dito na kase namin napa notarized yung affidavit kailangan pala kung nasan yung sponsor.. kaya waiting pa kami na dumating yung true copy ng affidavit na may stamp ng justice of peace doon

@Mrs Atis Hi, 3yrs ago pa yung sa amin,hehe Subclass 572 pa siya dati. Yung pinass naming documents ng sponsor nakaJP. Dependent din ako ni hubby before, pareho kaming nagmedicals.

Nov. 20 ako naag lodge ng visa at nakareceive n acknowledement thru immi. pero until now wala pa rin sila response (Dec.19). Usually gaano katagal maghintay, hndi pa n ako tnttwgan for interview

@Jonversion hi po..it took 1 month bago my update sa app ko.they asked for additional docs..then after a week na nag upload ak na grant na po. Intay lng konti, baka bukas grant na.God bless u

Got my visa decision today and it was refused. So devastated. Reason is due to financial issue. My sponsor is my husband's uncle.

"You are relying on a money deposit to provide you with sufficient funds for your stay in Australia.

In considering whether you met the genuine access to funds criterion I had regard to the following circumstances:
Your relationship to the person providing the funds

The factors were used to weigh up your circumstances as a whole.

I am not satisfied that you will have access to the money you have demonstrated as I am not satisfied of the relationship between you and your sponsor. Given you and the sponsor are not closely related, I am not satisfied that the sponsor will be providing these funds to you while you are in Australia."

Hmm my frend deposited it yesterday just to help me comply with the required showmoney for my visa app.unfortunately i needed to lodge my visa next week..hays..i hope someone can help me with this..thank you

@erikathy sorry for your visa refusal. Ask ko lang po if kelan kayo nag lodge? As far as I know kung uncle/aunty yung sponsor dapat po related tlga kayo like kapatid ng mama or papa mo yung sponsor. Kung uncle po ng husband nyo yung sponsor mas maigi po na yung husband nyo ang main applicant

2nd wk of october ako naglodge. The agency told us na kahit sino dw po ang pwde maging sponsor. Ano po kaya pwde naming gawin dito? Were planning na itransfer ng sponsor yung pera sa acct ko. May possibility po ba kaya na maapprove na?

@erikathy try to ask your agency kung ano ang next options. Nag submit po ba kayo ng proof na uncle tlga ng husband nyo yung sponsor? Or affidavit of support or affidavit of access of funds?

Ayaw na ng agency na mag risk dw kami to reapply. We submitted affidavit of support tsaka bank statement and bank certificate ng sponsor na nkaaddress sa embassy na yung pera sa bank is gagamitin for my studies.

@erikathy hi there. Same scenario but my sponsor was my dad. Even he was my sponsor the consul questioned my accessibility to the funds. The agent should not took the risk anymore obviously you're not related to him. It was so ridiculous. Anyways much better if your husband take replace of you since the relationship will justify the issue aside from the affidavit of support should indicate that those funds will ONLY/PURELY for study purposes for the duration of school period and given the authority above name to access my funds.
I strongly suggest that you should change your agent. If you would like to enquire please do so from my previous agent Evelyn of Accentrex 7881419. Don't lose hope. Good luck
