We have a spare room available for rent for $160 including all bills and unlimited net wifi. We are located at a secure compound with video surveillanced gate at Western Melbourne, Watergardens (Sydenham, VIC). Our place which is very accessible is 5-10 minutes walking distance to watergardens train/bus station as well as watergardens town centre (mall), medical clinic and churches (catholic & JW). 30 minutes (by train) or 20 minutes (by car) away from the city. Room will be fully furnished with bed and BIR. Parking space also available. Preferrably single occupancy but couples (with additional fee for utility bills) are also welcome.
