Guys, meron po bang case na ganito na 60 Points lang sa Visa 190, kasi plus 5 Points eto, if in case 60 Points sa DIBP, ano yung chances na maapprobahan ng visa? meron po bang ganitong naka-experience na? I appreciate all advises. Maraming salamat po sa inyo.

    In the first place, you met the minimum score na 60 bakit naman di maaapproved? Ang tanong, kumpleto ba documents mo to prove the points you claimed? Ang mataas na score and the nominated occupation will only help in the DIBP issuance of Invitation to apply..Since state sponsored ka and once your state sponsorship is approved, DIBP will invite you to apply for the visa regardless of your points compared to the applications in the pool.

    @fgs ayun maraming salamat sa advise, medyo naaalangan kasi ako, kasi as per assessment sa akin is 60 points na without IELTS. pero nakakuha nko kz pero competent nga lang. a total of 55 points na ako tas + 5 points sa 190 regional sponsored. thats why I am looking if meron ba sa forum na 60 points na pero competent lang ielts nya. Salamat uli =)

    @fgs wala pa nmn. inaalala ko lang kasi if accepted yung points ko at iapprove ng any state ung applied visa ko 190, eksakto lang na 60, pra kasi wla ako nakikita sa mga timeline na ielts is competent lng, puro proficient 7 band lht.

    @juvelinks once mainvite ka na to apply for a visa ay di na nagmamatter kung ilan ang points mo. ang mahalaga ay maprove mo yung claimed mong points.

    Meron po at mrmi po case gaya nyo state sponsor 190 visa. 60pts lng at ngrant ang mga visa. Just like me. It took only 4months to get my visa from EOI to Visa grant.

    February 2016-first ietls FAILED
    may 2016-assessment outcome received
    August 2016-IETLS paassed
    August 20 2016-EOI submitted

    @Inday_lakwatsera Hi inday, wla pa submitting pa lng ako ng Engineer Australia ko, ngbakasyon kasi ako ndi ko masyado maasikaso, kasi loaded din ang EA sa pagevaluate, sa feb pa balik ng maayos na turn-around daw nila max 15 days.

    Proud 55+5 pointer here :). Medyo natagalan lang sa invite from NSW, pero kapag nareceive mo naman..tuloy-tuloy na yun. You just have to have sufficient evidence to prove your claims sa points.
    Kapag mas in-demand ang Nominated Occ mo, mas madali ka mainvite. Took me 6mos to receive the invite. In a span of 2mos after ko matanggap, I received the golden email. :)

    04/30/16- IELTS exam schedule (L-8.5/ R-7.5/ S-6.5/ W-6.5) :(
    10/13/16- Received invitation to apply from NSW
    10/18/16- Lodge application for NSW nomination
    11/09/16- NSW Nomination/ SS Invitation received (Thank u God!)
    11/25/16- Medicals for the family
    12/01/16- Me and hubby's medical got cleared
    12/13/16- My son's medical got cleared
    12/20/16- 190 Visa Application lodged. (all available documents frontloaded)
    01/11/17- Direct Grant! Finish Line!!! Salamat Papa God!
    03/08/17- Big Move! :)
