Kabayan, You have your own room. I need someone neat and tidy in the house'. Single $145 per week, a couple $270 per week. 15 to 20 min. walk to Regents Park shop and train station. Offstreet parking.

Free Wifi, electricity and water bill.

Share bathroom, toilet, laundry. Inside your room with double size bed, 1 bed side table with 2 drawers, coffee table and a small sofa, stand fan. If you have tv (prefer indoor antenna), no connection for outdoor antenna.
