    1. may fee ba ang lodging ng EOI?
    2. at sa skillselect po ba mas mataas ang chance makakuha ng invitation to apply for visa pag naka 70pts?

    1. walang fee ang EOI
    2. mas mataas ang points at mas naunang mag lodge ng EOI mas mabilis ma invite.. as of today nainvite na yata ang mga 70pts, so based sa report, ang mga current invitation ay mga 60-65 EOI points (visa 189/489), pero state/regional sponor ka (visa190/489) automatic invitation yun kahit 60pts ka lang...

    @lock_code2004 Pasensya na sir... at the moment naghihintay pa din kami ng Points Test Advice pero nagpa Urgent request na po, hopefully by mid April lumabas ba result. It is best po na hintayin ang result ng Points Test Advice before i lodge ang visa 190, di po ba?
    @GoToWaOZ - Points test advice is really not required.. but that is recommended para alam mo kung ilang ang i-claim mong points for work experience..
    merong mga nakagpag-apply dito ng walang points test advice, especially during the transition perion july 2012, mukhang okay nmn at na visa grant naman sila..

    my personal opinion, medyo malawak/general/generic kasi ang occupation mo.. kaya mahirap sabihin kung ang lahat ng work experience ay pwedeng i-claim sa EOI points as "relevant work experience'... kaya it would be risky.. baka akala mo relevant pero based sa assessment hindi pala.. so magkakaproblema sa points..

    pero kung, same work experience (hindi ka lumipat ng work/company) ka lang the whole time, at naa-assess naman ng vetassess na un nga ang work experience mo ay relevant sa nominated occupation mo, then mukhang pwede naman..

    or kung ung last work experience (same work/company) mo will cover the points you are claiming..

    opinion ko lang po.. bow!!

    normally kasi ksama na yan sa skills assessment, pero may mga ibang assessing body na hiwalay pa pati bayad (like EA at Vetassess), so pag hindi ka nagrequest, wala kang basis kung ilan ang claim mo for work experience..

    pero kung nakalagay na sa assessment result mo kung ilang years ang relevant to skills, at kung diploma/bachelor ang education, then yun na un..

    maraming salamat bossing sa mga reply nyo.. so may cycle pala ang pag-iinvite nila? like mauna muna ang 70 then next is 65-60, then 60-65....

    matanong ko lng po, defined po ba yung cycle na yun? or random lng nila sinisimulan? salamat po..

    @bluesteel31 - may selection process/cycle po.. i think its twice a month.. at sinasabi nila kung anung lowest score (at anung effective date ng EOI) ang nainvite for that cycle ..

    so question now is whats next apart from ofcourse to buy a plane ticket? kelangan pa ba nung pidos ba yun? owa? sabi sa grant letter no need for the visa to be label sa passport.

    "The Australian Government does not require you to have a visa label placed into your passport
    for travel to Australia. However, if you are transiting or exiting through another country, it is
    your responsibility to check with the relevant government authorities regarding requirements
    to show a visa label in your passport."

    so ibig sabihin ba nito pag hindi direct ang flight kinuha mo like quantas na mag HK pa, mag pa label ka dapat ng passport mo?

    @peach17 : di naman kelangan ng madami kasi di naman nila kukunin if ever (titingnan lang nila). pero most probably di na nila titingnan kasi may way naman sila to verify thru your passport. basta kelangan lang handa kayo just in case hanapin sa inyo. :)

    pag nagrequest ba ng medical and PCC, malapit na po ba ang visa grant? or need pa nila ng ibang documents???
    it means may CO na kayo and yes, malapit na ang visa grant. but depende pa din sa CO nyo kasi sometimes they may ask additional documents like form 80, payslips, ITR, etc.

    @engr_maylene052581 : yup, usually kasabay na ng request nila yun ng med and pcc. kung wala nang ibang hiningi, most probably oks na lahat ng ibang docs mo. :)
