Room for rent in Mortdale.NSW. 2minutes walk from train station.25 minutes to SYDNEY cbd . Its a 3-story apartment, bedroom is fully furnished, with one not use parking space.We are young, easy going filipino couple with 4yr old kid. $180/week all in with utilities and internet.

13 May 2016: ITA from Western Australia
23 May 2016: Updated EOI (189=70 pts, 190=75pts)
24 May 2016: ITA for 189 (independent)
9 Jun 2016 : Lodged Visa
15 Jun 2016 : ITA from New South Wales
8 Jul 2016 : CO Allocation GSM Brisbane (Additional info requested)
18 Jul 2016 : Letter for Singapore COC sent (CO said she forgot to attach on 8 Jul!!!)
Aug - Sep : Processing and submission of papers (NBI and COC were causes of delay)
10 Oct 2016: Co sent letter for SIngapore COC (they also forgot to send it!!!!! what's happening)
12 Nov 2016: Submitted all information and documents
