Good Day! My hubby and my son was granted a Tourist Visa and allowed to stay in Australia for 3 months, single entry only, no written "NO Further stay" in Visa Conditions. I'm currently holding a student visa and planning to apply them as my Dependent. Is it possible to that? I mean, malaki ba un chance n maapprove un Student Dependent Visa pag ganito un situation... Or any suggestion n pued ko gawin pra mging dependent ko sila dito rather than uwi uli ng pines.. Thanks pU....
