Badly Need Advice for Salary in IT

Hello sa lahat.

Para sa mga may experience, experts and may knowledge about salary guide dito..."Which would you choose, $660/week contractual job for 6mos or $90K including Super for permanent job."

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Pero oo, mas ok talaga pag permanent full time :)

I agree with you, Kuya @Bryann! :) Besides, kung iisipin natin wala din security kahit permanent employees, kapag nagcost cutting ang isang company minsan tanggal pati permanent employees. The only certainty is uncertainty. We just have to be wise. :)

    Thanks sa lahat ng advice.

Yung profile as in personality ng asawa ko fits more for a perm staff sa ngayon.Siguro pag established na sya dito sa Melbourne (bago lang kase kame just arrived Sep 2012) mas confident and K na siya mag contractual.

He accepted and negotiated na from 90K to 105K/Yr inc super, staff benefits like 35% off from our monthly energy and gas bill. I think this is good enough and he can establish himself sa company na yun and grow from there.

    God is truly good.

Again, thanks guys for all the inputs.

    Merrry Christmas to ya all.

Some companies treat both jobs as equals but most conventional employers would prefer someone who came from a more stable background.
