    go... mas mabuti nga na i-contest mo... kac 5 years wala man lang na-credit... it wouldn't hurt to ask...

    tapos eto po nakalagay sa info nila: "Only employment completed after the date you have met the ACS requirements will be counted as skilled employment."

    Kaloka pala mag pa assess sa ACS ~X(
    pero d ba... wala man lang na-credit.. so meaning 5 years kelangan para ma-meet yung criteria na yun... usually they tak 1-2 years lang...

    Curious lang po ako. Kung maka 0 ka sa work experience, pero may 20 pts ka sa IELTs at yung grand total mo would be 65 points, lulusot pa rin ba yun sa EOI? I mean, good pa rin ba ang chances na makakuha ng invite or nakadepende rin sa kung saan ka nakascore ng mataas nila ibbase ang pag invite sa iyo?

    Hi to all! Si hubby po primary applicant and vetassess ang assessing body nya. If plsn po nmin mag claim ng partner skill, pwede bang sa vetassess na rin ako magpa-assess kht may separate assessing body ako if I were to be the primary applicant? TIA!

    assessing body is per occupation code..
    kung saan naka-assign ang occupation mo dun dapat magpa-assess..
    hindi din naman po kayo i-assess kung hindi sila ang assessing body nyo..

    Nag-fill up npo ako ng EOI, my ask lng ako regarding family member question.
    Kc ung first question is "do you have family member to include in your future application?"
    and ung next question "would the client be accompanied by client's partner in future application?"

    Couple kc kme sa application. and I was thinking ung partner ko is also a family member? kya nag YES ako both questions.
    On the other side, I was also thinking bka nman ung first question is para lng sa anak or parents?

    Kasi pag nag lodge na kayo ng visa, you need to identify na, who is/are the "family member" included...whether spouse/de facto partner, child etc..."

    Question po for anybody who can answer:

    Meron ba disadvantages if I wait too long (bofore mag expire ang 60 days) to lodge my VISA after invitation?

    Here is my situation:

    I got invited for a 189 visa on Oct 07. I am 39 years old and will be 40 y/o by February. If I wait until end of November to lodge my VISA, my CO will be allocated around Feb 2014 which will be around the time when I will turn 40y/o. I know that my EOI points is locked at the time of invitation. But my question is, are there any other concerns I should be aware of?

    you are correct.. points are at the time of invitation..
    so since you have an invitation already, there is nothing to worry about..
    just make sure you lodge before the 60-day period..

    Pera nlang hahaha. 3 kasi kami kaya medyo masakit sa bulsa. Ngaun kasi mahirap at may mga urgent personal expenses plus amortisation na isettle. I try to lodge mga Nov if not definitely by end of Dec kasi may bonus kami nun. So kaya gusto ko malaman timing ng invitation. hopefully me pera na ako bago matapos 60 days limit hoping end of dec or early weeks of Jan 2014.

    So kung mag submit ako 26 oct ang earliest inv would be nov 4 and expiring on jan 4 2014 siguro sakto na yun. Hehe

    Hello seniors,

    question lang po about EOI state nomination, i already submitted my EOI for visa 189 few weeks back as well as my state nomination. I just received an email from the state of victoria saying that they could't find the EOI reference number i gave them. That EOI number is for visa 189. Do I need to create EOI for visa 190 with the same reference number? Please help.

    It's good to know that they are processing now my application.

    Nominated Occupation: ANZSCO 261112 - Systems Analyst
    Timeline:
    Jul 01, 2013 - ACS Skill Assessment
    Jul 19, 2013 - IELTS Results (L:8, R:8.5, W:7, S:8)
    Oct 02, 2013 - ACS result received (suitable)
    Oct 02, 2013 - submitted EOI for Visa 189 (65 pts).
    Oct 05, 2013 - submitted Victoria SS for Visa 190 (70 pts, for backup)
    Oct 18, 2013 - Victoria SS approved/Received invitation to apply for Visa 190 from Skillselect.
    Oct 20, 2013 - lodged VISA 190 application.
    Nov 20, 2013 - CO allocated | GSM Adelaide Team 6
    Nov 27, 2013 - VISA GRANT! Thank you Lord! IED: NOV 12, 2014
    Jul 03, 2014 - arrival in Melbourne
    Aug 07, 2014 - started work :)

    @rooroo - in your EOI, you need to select which type of visa would you be interested in .. so in your case nag apply ka ng 190, so dapat yung EOI mo eh for 190..

    you can select both 189 and 190 ( and other visa types) sa same EOI.. no need to create another EOI..

    gusto ko sana same EOI lang para di nakakalito.

    yes update your EOI and select both 189/190..
