How to start?

Hello po!

My husband and I just decided to migrate po sa Australia. However, medyo lost pa po kami with the process. I just want to ask po what to do first? Is it possible po if he will just take IELTS then we look for an employer that could sponsor the visa? My hubby is an Electrical Engineer. We're planning to settle there with our 1 year old son. We have no preferred state/city yet. Your ideas and suggestions will be much appreciated. Thank you so much!

hello po! pwede niyo po muna check kung anong visa ang kukunin ninyo. common visas for skilled migration are 189, 190 and 457.

then while doing that you can also check SOL and CSOL kung nandun ba ang occupation ng husband niyo. when I say occupation, hindi lang po ang job title which is electrical engineer but the job description itself. minsan po kasi same title pero different description. mas sinusunod po ang description.

as for the employer sponsored visas, mahirap po yan na path unless wala na silang ma-hire na tao sa australia.

null firstly, you need o calculate your husbands points and look into having his skills assessed. He'll need at least 65 points for a 189 visa. I will stay away from employment sponsorship. That's a pathway I don't encourage my clients to take. Good luck!
