    some assessing authorities(AA) don't make it mandatory to undergo relevant work experience assessment. hence, AA might give positive outcome but GSM might say otherwise, lalo na kung mano mano at walang agent na mag advise on how to do things like the duties and responsibilities na d mag match sa occupation... lalo pat for example sa engineers australia merong accompanying CDRs na makapagjustify ng ating competency while GSM will only rely on the merit based on the provided Cert of Employment with statement of duties....

    just my random thoughts....

    Bakit po sa ExpatForum, Lagi nila sinasabi if you are expecting an invite this Jun 12, kuha kna PCC at mag pa medical na. Matagal ba mag pa medical? Plan ko kasi hintayin lang ang invite bago mag pa medical. Okay na PCC ko. Pero di ko alam if advisable mag pa medical early. Will it really save me time? or halos ganun din? Lapit na rin nmn July 12 eh. hehe.

    Hi po sa inyong lahat, update ko lng po tong tracker. Nanominate na po ako ng state of Victoria and nainvite na rin po ako kanina ng Skillselect - Visa Subclass 190. Nung May 26 po ako nagsubmit ng application for nomination sa 190 ng Victoria. Pero waiting pa din ako sa June 12 ng 189 invitation. Though nagstart na rin po ako ng documents consolidation for 190 visa lodging in case na di ako mainvite sa 189.

    worst ang nangyare sakin dahil sa kanila I wouldnt recommend unionbank. Here's my story.

    before holy week ako dapat mag lolodge, then since kampante ako sa eon card late na ako nag apply sa unionbank but then sabi nga nila na ididiscontinue na at ang nirecommend nila sakin is ung bago nila na getgo debit card. Inassure ng bank manager na nde ako magkaka problem.

    April 10 ng gabi ako nag lolodge na dedecline ako akala ko insufficient amount lang so kinabukasan I went to the bank para dagdagan ung funds. Still declined ung payment ng visa. I went to the bank dun mismo sa pinag applyan ko ng getgo card. buong araw kami dun to figure out bakit ayaw mag transact just to realize na nde na daw pala nila inaallow ang online transaction lagpas ng 150k kahit na naka max transaction ako ng 250k. Buti nalang ma asikaso ung bank manager medyo tinamaan ata pride nya kasi niyabangan nya ako nung nag aapply palang ako ng card eh. hehe tumawag pa kami sa AU immigration office para iconfirm kung may ibang way like bank to bank transfer. tinawagan pa nya ibang contacts niya sa bank para ma bigyan ako ng temporary debit card asap.

    imagine mag holy week na nun at ang expiration ng invite ko is kinabukasan, wala na bank bukas nun muntik na ako nde makapag lodge at maexpire ung invite ko. luckily nakahanap ako ng friend na may malaking credit limit binayaran ko nalang ng cash.

    sobrang last minute nung pag lodge ko at sobrang stressed. hehe

    Lesson, mag lodge ng maaga. hehe

    @PMPdreamer thanks sa response. try ko nga din ung temporary increase ng credit limit. Nung nadecline ako nung april sa request ko sabi kasi after 6 months pa ulit pede mag request. Hopefully maapprove this time ung temporary..

    @Noodles12 shucks sorry to hear about what happened. Buti na lang nakahiram ka sa friend mo that day. Waiting for invite pa lang ako pero as early as now need ko na mag prepare for visa payment kasi ayoko ma stress pag anjan na.hehe thanks sa info. Buti na lang di pa ko nakakapunta sa unionbank.

    @rdi grabeh din pala ang case nya sobrang tagal pagcomplicated case. Buti nalang di naman mahirap i.comply ang mga requests ng mga CO sa atin dito. Kaya wait nalang tayo kung kailan nila.sisimulan ang buhos ng grants hehe

    Sana meron similar scenario sa case ko.

    Under ako ng agent from 06/14 to 01/16 tapos na absorb ako ng client from 02/16 to present, pero yung pina assess ko sa ACS ay since 06/14 to present under na ako sa current company. Nahihirapan kasi ako kumuha ng certification dati sa agent kaya doon na ako sa boss ko sa client nila kumuha ng certification.

    Kailangan ko pa din ba isama sa EOI yung agent ko from 06/14 to 01/16?

    @glitch88 parang same tayo ng case, magkaiba lang ng reason. same ang client ko since 2009 to present pero from 2009 to 2014 ibang vendor/agency ang may hawak sa akin. in 2014 si client nagdecide na ilipat ako ng ibang vendor/agency. ung vendor/agency ko from 2009 to 2014, nagsara na so walang way for me to get employment certificate na may roles and responsibilities for 2009-2014. yung manager ko sa client yung gumawa ng statutory declaration, na nakawork nya ako from 2009 to 2014.
