July 2017 in Study and Training Visa

Is anyone here currently in Grade 12 applying for uni entry in Australia for 2018 intake as an international student? Share your thought please. They say it is possible to apply as early as now with an approval pending the release of Senior High School card at the end of school year. I have contacted IDP Australia for appointment.
