Hi Everyone,

I hope makatulong itong information to those who need this.

How to get SSS Contribution Document online (as of August 2017).

Pre requisite:
1. You must have an online username and password to sss.gov.ph
2. If you don't have one, go to the nearest SSS branch and ask for their E-Services staff to help you register and create username and password.
There is a form that they will ask you to accomplish prior generating your username and password, it only takes 10 - 15 minutes (depends on the volume of people in line for registration)
3. You must dowload the latest Internet Explorer web browser

Steps:

1. log in to SSS online web
2. Go to 'E-SERVICES, and click 'Inquiry'
3. If using google chrome, in the right most end of the URL, click the box with red x mark to load the scripts from unauthenticated sources and click 'unload safe scripts' to take you to the Employee Static Information section
4. In the Employee Static Information section, go to 'Member Info' and click 'Employment History' - get the screenshot of it
5. In the Employee Static Information section, go to 'Member Info' and click 'Actual Premiums' - get the screenshot of it
6. In the Employee Static Information section, go to 'Member Info' and click 'Member details' - get the screenshot of it
7. Combine the screenshots and convert to PDF file
8. Congrats! you now have your SSS Contribution Document

Happy to help!!!

:)

That's why sa Philhealth na lang ako kukuha ng summary of contributions since mas onti ang pila dun. Nga lang I need to provide a request letter pa. Dapat pa bang notarized yung mga ganyang documents?

@coachella9 I went to the SSS Branch near our place, they assisted me in making my account but I was not asked for a password. According to them I have to wait for a confirmation email. I received the email but everytime I click the account activation blank space lang sya. Anyone na naka-experience ng ganito? I open it on the latest Explorer kasi un suggestion nla. pero same pa din. I logging in sa Username ko na inapply nla and possible password na ginagamit ko pero account inactive sya. Any one na may experience sa ganito? TIA

New SimplyStall Mobile App!

Hi everyone!

I'm very happy to announce PinoyAu Forum's new app called "SimplyStall" . It's a new Gumtree like service for Pinoys in Australia but in a way better!

So if you have any items just collecting dust? Why not convert it to cash?

If you are selling new items or products or wish to give an item away for free then this might be a good avenue for you.

This project is a new initiative to unify and have a common portal for Pinoys in Australia to sell and share stuffs.

It's now available on Google Play and Apple App Store.

Please do try it out. I'd appreciate if you can help me spread the good news and start selling your old or new stuffs.
