COE without detailed Job Description and Other Supporting Documents

kelan kayo nagsubmit sir? nakalagay kasi sa ACS guidelines they don't assess self declaration. saka I've heard na mahigpit daw ngayon ACS. ok lang ba na ilagay ko sa self-declaration na i'm unable to get a coe with job description kasi confidential yung ginagawa ko?

Kaya nga tinatanong kita boss kung pwede ba self-declaration eh...

In my wife's case, it wasn't stipulated sa CPA Australia na bawal ang self declaration. We took the risk as we don't have any other option eh. Last yr ito.

guys help, what's the last option? yung hr generic coe lang kaya ibigay. ayaw pumirma ni manager ng stat declaration. wala na kong ibang kilala sa company.

there must be another way.. find a colleague .. another person from the company..
kahit hindi kayo friend, kausapin mo, makisuyo ka...

sir lock, what if i request a letter from hr telling that the detailed coe is not possible due to confidentiality, at ito ang ipasa ko sa ACS? possible po ba? at gagawa na lang ako ng statutory declaration from my former colleage, pero wala na sya dun sa company.

@kickerz pwede po yan ksi ganyan din na provide ko ksi yng isa previous company ko d nagbibigay ng detailed COE so nagbigay lng sila ng letter stated na d sila nagbibigay ng detailed COE then gumawa ako s statutory declaration tpos pina CTC ko lahat at yun ang ni upload ko...

@kickerz hndi po self statutory yng ginawa ko sir... pinapirma ko po sa TL ko..alam ko po bawal s ACS yng self statutory...nabasa ko po yun sa guidelines nila..other option mo po is kng may kaibigan s office nyo na alam yng ginagwa mo pwede p sya yng pumirma ng stat doc mo...

Hi to All! Newbie here magtatanung lang po ako regarding sa mga nakalagay na job descriptions sa COE o reference letter, pagnagverify po ba yung australian immigration sa employer ko eh ipapa-enumerate po ba yun isa-isa? Baka kc di malala ng employer ko sa dami ng nakalagay sa job descriptions ko. Hope somebody can enlighten me about this, thanks in advance!

@tolitz - yung ibang agency, ini-scan/fax yung document, tapos mag-email sa HR nyo, at pinapa-veirfy kung yung HR nga ang pumirma, or kung sino ang pumirma..

- yung iba nman will ask several questions relating to the job desc..

- so i suggest, always keep a copy of your job desc... and give a copy to your manager/hr kung sino man nagsign ng docs mo..

Hi to All Seniors thanks po sa sagot dun sa tanung ko, may tanung po ulit ako regarding sa nakalagay sa coe/reference letter. Kasi yung company namin is meron na po silang Job discriptions para po sa bawat position po ng employee, kaso sa case ko po apat lang po ang job discription na nakalist sa position ko at napaka general po ng nakalagay , di po naiemphasize ung task na ginagawa ko po araw2. Safe po kaya kung dagdagan ko po yung JD na nakalagay sa COE ko para maalign po sya sa nominated occupation ko, willing naman po pumirma ang manager ko i ever? Hoping for your advice , maraming salamat po!

Nagkataon po kc na na bankrupt na ung company ko dati sa KSA pero before pa totally nagsara pinapagbakas yon muna ako, then sinabhan ako while on vacation na sarado na daw company and wla nako babalikan. In short wala ako nakuhang docs to prove my employment and the job I had nung nsa KSA pako. Nagtry ako kumontak sa dati kong amo kaso di na makontak. And yun pa naman sana gagamitin ko for the career episodes ko since yung experience ko sa work ay galing lahat dun. Meron po kayang paraan dito?
Admin or anyone who has an idea patulong naman po kung ano magandang gawin.

no contract, payslip, etc., at all? Also your boss cant be contacted anymore? What is your assessing authority ? Self declaration is your only way. May opinion is medyo malabo po kung hindi ma satisfy si assesor.

look for engineers australia thread. Im sure posters there will give you more accurate insights. Depende kasi yan gaano kahigpit yung assessor which is EA and then eventually yung DIAC.

Hi,

Question lang po about sa proof of employment.
wala po kasi ako ng general COE. ayaw ako bigyan ng dati kong employer kasi galit sa akin yung dati kong manager dahil sa nag resign ako.

eto lang po yung ibibigay ko sa engineers australia.

1. Reference letter from my previous supervisor. (without letterhead)
2. SSS
3. PAG-IBIG
4. bANK RECORDS (Still processing)

kailangan ko pa ba po ng Stat dec that i can not provide COE with letterhead?
ano po sa tingin nyo ang kulang pa?

weird people.. dahil lang nag resign ayaw na magbigay ng COE..
i really can't believe how these people have such kind of thinking..

anyway, yes, just make a declaration na ayaw kang bigyan ng company ng COE..
just make sure na yung pumirma ng ref letter, can vouch for your skills,
or kung tawagan man ang HR mo dati, they can truly say na nagwork ka nga dun..

actually ayaw pirmahan nung Manager ko yung clearance ko kaya hindi ako binibigyan ng HR ng COE. Sumasama kasi ang loob ng Manager pag may nag reresign masyado namemersonal.

anyway, gawin ko na din yung stat dec and
I will try to obtain a "letterhead sa HR" sana bigyan ako tapos papirpirmahan ko na lang sa dati kong supervisor. tsaka kakausapin ko HR para alam nila na baka iverify ng diac yung employment ko sa kanila.

if you are claiming for partner's points.. then yes of course ...
pero kung hindi.. hindi sya required..

- check with your assessing Authoity.. alam ko ACS is online application na..
- for EOI wala kang i-attach..
- kailangan lang ang attachment pag na invite kana for visa application.. you can use the same scanned CTCed docs you used for your assessment, or scanned colored original docs... (i used colored original docs)..
