Queensland vs Sydney???

Hi everyone..i am torn between 2 hospitals in Sydney and Mackay in Queeensland..both of them are offering sponsorship for working visa..for Sydney hosp its a day surgery hospital with 9 beds..For Mackay hosp its a big hosp with 105 bed capacity they also offer me initial assitance for accommodation since im currently living in Sydney..any insight which one is better?thanks in advance
