Hi! We have two rooms available in our new house in Cranbourne East,Victoria. It's a double storey 5 bedroom residence with 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 powder room downstairs. House is a 5-10min walk to the bus stop and shopping area,10 min drive to the train station, 3min walk to two Catholic schools, and 15 min walk to two upcoming medical centres. Both rooms for rent are on the second floor, fully furnished with queen size bed, bedside drawers, and lamp. We stay in the master ensuite so you'll have the common bathroom all to yourselves. We're a quiet but friendly Filipino couple (no children yet). Husband works full time in the CBD while I work part time in the Casey area.
We are looking for easy going people to share the house, preferably female as I tend to stay in the house most of the time. We have unlimited NBN internet access available. Parking space also available in the garage.

I look forward to hearing from you!

New SimplyStall Mobile App!

Hi everyone!

I'm very happy to announce PinoyAu Forum's new app called "SimplyStall" . It's a new Gumtree like service for Pinoys in Australia but in a way better!

So if you have any items just collecting dust? Why not convert it to cash?

If you are selling new items or products or wish to give an item away for free then this might be a good avenue for you.

This project is a new initiative to unify and have a common portal for Pinoys in Australia to sell and share stuffs.

It's now available on Google Play and Apple App Store.

Please do try it out. I'd appreciate if you can help me spread the good news and start selling your old or new stuffs.
