    @dorbsdee ganun? ako naman I am no longer a regular employee in the company since nagpapabayad ako last year. Buti nalang kinuha ako bilang contractual, mag end of contract by december.

    Yung na nga ang critical eh, baka hinde na mag renew ang contract ko, so kung malaman agad natin yung DG, there are options to consider as soonest possible.

    @lipatbahay AFAIK wala kapag 189. And yung ceiling ng 263111 malayo pa. ceiling nya 1315 tapos nasa 390 pa lang nabibigyan ng VISA (base lang sa nakita ko sa DIBP site). Ang reason lang sa iba kung bakit hinihingan ng bank statement as part of proof dun sa payroll account ata. Part ng verification ng work experience. Together with Payslips and ITRs.

    tama si @rvrecabar. Mas malaki chance ma-DG if meron lahat syempre. Nagpasa ko ng ITR may kulang ng 1 taon kasi di ko talaga mahanap (instead na payslips) + SSS contributions (screenshots galing sa SSS website) + bank statement (galing BPI online, di naka CTC). Ayun buti sinuwerte di na hinigan ng payslips.

    Like you, resigned na din ako and would gladly know the outcome kung uuwi ba ako sa pinas or drecho na dun. :)
