    hi. possible po bang magka issue for visa decision kasi nilagyan ko po ng end date sa EOI ung current employment ko kahit na currently ay working pa ako sa the same company? During that time kasi ang naisip kong sundin is ung issue date na nakalagay sa COE ko pero working pa dn ako for the same company.

    @andrew_bonn brad, goodmorning. kasama ba tong current company mo sa points ? and yung period na nilagay mo sa EOI na may end date, magbabago ba dun yung points or working yrs mo if ever?

    good morning @pontsiano. Oo kasama ung company sa claimed points ko. Pero no bearing kasi kahit na ilagay ko pa na presently working pa ko kasi ung succeeding no of months ay masyado malayo para ma hit ko ung next available points for more than 8 yrs of experience. Ang worry ko lang is baka maka apekto sa decision ng visa kasi bka sabhin nila na falsely sinabi kong end of work experience nako sa employer ko wherein ang totoo ay working pa dn ako.

    wlang nakalagay na end date/closing date sa COE ko ang meron lang is start date and date of issue na usually ung nasa upper left ng letter. Yun ung nilagay kong end date sa EOI. Ano sa palagay nyo? delikado ba? Inicp ko na hayaan nalang mag expire tpos re apply nalang ulet for next round. Or natry nyo na form 1023 dto sa

    @andrew_bonn wag ka mag hintay ng next round kase you can't tell kung gaano kabilis yung sunod, grab this opportunity nalang... di naman ata yun falsification of info sayo, sa tingin ko lang, mas okay yun compared sa nagkulang ng yrs pero pina extend mo sa claims, yung sayo is sobra pa ang actual diba pero nag indicate ka lang dun ng end date... sa anong particular question itong sinabi mo sa EOI na may end date?

So etong huli at current kong work experience, nilagyan ko ng end date na kung ano ung nakalagay sa date of issue nung COE ko. Ayun dn ang payo ng isa kong kakilala na ilodge ko pa dn. Medyo takot lang dn ako kasi malaking pera dn ang ilalabas kung madedeny nandahil dun. Salamat sa inputs mo.

    @andrew_bonn sa Immi account din kase need mo mag indicate ng inclusive dates for your employment, need mo lang e parallel pre yung sa EOI mo na dates tsaka sa lodgement para walang sabit... kase wala namang bearing diba at ang dineklara mong end date dun sa current company mo is pasok pa rin sa points sa visa so okay na yun, i reckon... e reflect mong mabuti brad if gusto mong palagpasin itong opportunity and wait for the next round, pero sayang din kase...
    wait lang, sa COE mo diba merong inclusive dates of service yan maliban sa date of issue? ano ba nakalagay? kase yung required COE upon lodgement of visa dapat may inclusive dates of service... e check mo nga brad...

    @pontsiano ayun lang kasi etong nakuha kong COE sa current company ko, since nung kinuha ko ito ay connected pa dn ako sa company so wlang nakalagay na end date. ang nakalagay is "employed since ". So technically pla hindi ko na nasatisfy ung COE requirements kung ganun kaya dapat tlga ay dko nilagyan ng end date?

    @andrew_bonn di ka naman ata mamomroblema brad kase tapos ka na sa skills assessment at dineclare mo na ito dun, so walang problema, ang importante lang on your visa lodgement, need magparallel yung dates na inindicate mo dun sa EOI... and as i said di naman sya falsification kase di ka naman nag dagdag ng years eh, nag continue ka lang ng employment pero di mo na dineclare yung continuity from date of issue up to present, tsaka di naman itong period na to ang pina assess mo diba... so i don't see any offence...

    Tanong po regarding sa pagp-fill-up ng EOI

    May part dun asking if there will be a member of your family who will apply "in the future"

    Sa case ko, None nilagay ko, kasi baka maging complicated pa yung requirements sakin in case ma-invite at mag-proceed yung PR application ko.

    Pero in reality, gusto ko sana madala doon ang mother ko... may kaso ba na None ang ilagay ko sa EOI? May effect ba yun sa future application ng relatives?

    @wizardofOz bro, good morning. none din yung nilagay ko sa eoi pero balak ko rin dalhin mama ko dun, pero di lng PR, tourist visa lang in the future. tsaka pag nagka PR ka na, pwde mo namang applyan ng ibang visa c mom mo, so ok lng yun, no probs dito sa EOI mo currently.

    Bale, papasok po ito sa employment ko sa accenture from Jan 1 2005 to Feb 29 2008.

    i breakdown mo:
    Jan 2005- May 2006 ( as not relevant/related to your occupation as per assessment)
    June 2006- to feb 2008 lang ang relevant.. dito ka lang pwede kmuha ng points..

    Hi, ask ko lang po sana if what time lumalabas ang invitation? Medyo worried lang po ako.. July 21, 2014 po date of effect ng EOI ko with 60pts.. Occupation is Accountant.. based sa results ng August 11, 2014 invitation round, ang date of effect and points ng nabigyan ng invitation for accountants during that round is july 18, 2014 with 60pts.. kung ganun dba po most likely dapat nabigyan na din ako ng invitation round ngaung august 25, ano po sa tingin nyu?.. kasi until this time, 12:32am sydney time, wla pa po akong invitation na narereceive.. :(

    @rmaebernadette - yup most likely maka-receive ka, unless may mga bagong nag apply ng mas mataas ang points syo.. yun ang priority nila..

    @lock_code2004 thank you po for replying.. :) dahil hindi ako makatulog kahapon, nag research ako sa immi website and Praise God! I found something na nagpakalma sa akin.. :)

    For those na medyo nerbyoso/nerbyosa katulad ko, according sa immigration website, na-move daw po ng august 29 ang invitation round instead of august 25 because of the planned system maintenance. :)

    good day po.. may tanong lng po gusto nmin mgtry mgapply for visa 189.since skill select po sya ask ko lng dun po sa assessing authority like for example Occupation - Dentist, ANZSCO - 252312, assessing authority - ADC. need ko pong email ung ADC pra makapgassess sa points? tama po ba? ask ko din po kng how much po ang bayad if ever mron po... pls help nman po kasi mdyo confusing po kasi.. best regards po sa lahat..

    @catgon0208 During EOI wala po kayong need na iupload, rather you'll just declare your claims. After you get an invite and then lodge a visa, that's the only time you upload your supporting docs. You can upload a colored scan of the original document or pwede din namang Certified True copy (preferably colored scan din and mas ok ata kung blue stamp yung gamit ng nagCTC)

    Pag fill out ng Professional Experience sa EOI isasama ko pa ba ung 2 years na binawas ng ACS? Kasi di po ba say 7 years of suitable experience ibabawas pa ung 2 years dun so technically 5 years lang ang counted. So pag fill out ko po ba ng EOI magstart lang ako dun sa ika 3rd year? Thanks po at sana ay malinaw ang question ko.

    Tanong lang Guys paano kung yung 2 years ako sa work for example 2006-2008, then anf relevant ko lang base sa ACS starting 2007. I ma mark ko bang Yes yung 2006-2008 na work ko since half relevant yung half pasok sa hindi..
