    @peach17 hi sis got my refusal today. Nakakalungkot. Sabi di daw strong ties sa PH. Pwede kaya ako mag reapply agad? Ano pa bng proof ng strong ties sa Philippines? :(

    hi loveornido ung kapatid kong bunso ung 1st na apply ko sa kanya na deny dn sya yan dn ung bngay na reason no strong ties daw sa Phils nung time na un kaka grad lang nya ng college. Nung pang 2nd apply ko sa kanya gumawa ko ng statement sinabi ko dun na he can accompany my parents habang nag to-tour cla dahil may edad na ung parents ko, tapos pinakuha ko dn sya nung statement sa potential employer nya pero ako ung nag draft ng letter inutusan ko sya na papirmahan dun sa supervisor or mngr na may offer na sa kanya ng employment upon his return. Ayun nung 2nd apply na approve sya pero un nga lang single entry.

    ano pala ung pinili mong option, meron dun ung 2 option sa pagkatanda ko parang tourist visa (600) then tourist visa na family sponsored,,,ung sa una kong apply sa kapatid ko na refused family sponsored ang nag pro process neto ung family sponsored processing center sa NSW, tapos after 3 dayas ini apply ko ulit sya pinili ko nman ung 1st option na prinocess ng Australian embassy sa Manila tapos 6 wks inabot ung processing bago na approve.

    @loveornido kng my work ka jan or business sa pinas mag attach ka ng leave approval from ur employer or business permit if merun.. Isa yan na proof na babalik ka ng pinas pag nag expired ung visa mo..

    06-01-11: Arrived Australia (457 visa dependent on my dad)
    28-05-12: Lodged RSMS 857 visa (seperate from my dad already)
    28-06-12: Done Medical check
    30-10-12: Submit AFP check
    07-11-12: Went home on a bridging visa B for holiday and wedding..:)
    12-01-13: CO allocated and nomination approved
    18-01-13: CO asked documents of my husband to be included on my application as migrating dependent..Thank u LORD!
    15-02-13: Husband completed all requirements (police check, medical, english requirements and joint statement)
    15-02-13: CO issued pre-grant letter instructing hubby to apply tourist visa to enter Australia in order our 857 visa to be granted.
    27-02-13: Hubby applied Subclass 676 tourist visa.
    06-03-13: Hubby's tourist visa approved.
    16-03-13: Hubby arrived Australia.
    18-03-13: Our RSMS 857 visa granted.. (nothing to ask more)

    no. your cousin's invitation is only 1 part. which is to provide financial capacity to support your stay . and that is only the accommodation, you still need to tell them how are you going to fund your daily expenses.

    @anci depende ata sa kanila I don't know din ano kinoconsider nila kasi sis in law ko naapproved nung una for 6 months. nilagay nmin Kami magshoulder ng food housing and allowance at tulungan nya Kami mag alaga sa 3 kids ko. As in walang work sya sa pinas. No bank account etc. And pinass lang namin at passport nya at birth certificate... But now wala pa Kami approval Baka nasi nagtataka kakauwi lang nya ng April babalik ulit sya...

    @happyinmelbourne34 @nfronda @peach17 i attached everything, COE na may approved leave, tapos yung mortgage papers ng house ko, contract ko with the company sa car ko. Kaya di ko alam ano pa bang proof na may strong ties ako sa philippines. according sa CO, she did not give weight daw to my assets and employment ties. Kaya sobrang frustrating kasi may stable work naman ako dito and I have contract din with my current employer.

    anong option po pala ung pinili mo, relative sponsored ba o ung 1st option ng tourist visa? Try k n lang mag submit ulit, Dun sa kapatid ko, cguro nakatulong sa pang 2nd apply ung stat declaration na sinabi ko dn dun na sya na lang ung kasama ng mga magulang ko sa Pinas at sya ung tumitingin sa kanila dahil ung 2 kong kapatid nasa overseas na dn kaya guaranteed n babalik sya ng Pinas.

    ilang months po ba ang inapply nyo na VISA?

    hello po. maglodge po sana ko today ng application for tourist visa (subclass 600) online and complete na po docs ko. confused lang po ko dun sa part ng passport sized photograph. Applicable din po ba to pag online submission? Di ko pa po nattry mag lodge using my immiaccount. Thanks in advance po for any of your replies.
