    kung andun pa yung occupation mo sa ACT list pwede pa rin magapply bastat nakalagay open

    yan din kasi publema ko last time pero naging ok naman

    Hi everyone. I just saw this forum last night and very glad to receive acceptance this morning.

    Magiinquire lang po kasi I am planning to apply for 190 state sponsored sa WA. HR Manager po ang occupation ko under WASOL schedule 2.

    Ang pagkakaintindi ko sa process:
    1. Lodge EOI
    2. If they see me as qualified, papadalhan nila ako ng invitation to apply for state nomination
    3. Then they will evaluate and if I satisfy all requirements, papadalhan ako ng invitation to lodge visa apllication.

    Yub nga lang I read from their website na kailangan ng at least 12months contract of employment with an employer based sa nominated occupation.

    Pano po ito? Possible po ba na maghanap at mabigyan ng job offer kahit wala pang visa? May nakagawa na po ba nito? Please advise kung tama po ang pagkakaintindi ko.

    Based on what I've read online, there are employers who are really keen on hiring a highly-skilled person even though wala pa silang valid working visa. When WA invites you to apply for state nomination, that's when you will need to furnish them evidence that you have been offered at least a 12-month employment in your nominated occupation.

    Generic reply lang ang binigay ng Victoria @appledeuce. Re: SA nomination, open naman po sila sa Overseas applicants. Baka yung occupation na tinitignan mo ay nasa Special Conditions Apply na yun kaya may ganyan nang requirement.

    Hi Po, ask ko lang kapag nakatanggap na ng invitation to lodge VISA 190 anu po ibig sabihin nun? approve na po ba ung PR application? thank you.
    When you receive an invitation to apply, thats when you submit the necessary documents to prove the points that you have claimed for in your EOI. HIndi po siya PR application approval. You will need to lodge your PR application and pay the fees, then they will evaluate your application po and grant or refuse the visa application accordingly.

    @frenchmilk, i see. that means 65 points po kayo without the state nomination. Why didn't you just wait for a 189 invite, or 190 (with NSW) perhaps? Para po permanent na agad. I would think 65 points should be good enough to get a 189 invite.

    @FrenchMilk oh right. I see. Okay na rin po ang 489, at least madali lang ang requirements to get a PR (minimum of 2 years stay and 1 year of full time employment in ANY occupation). Good luck po sa waiting game. :)

Been waiting for it since July 1. Ganun pala kahirap maghintay. Tapos na ako sa lahat ng requirements, hoping na lang ako na mag open sya. Minsan naiisip ko baka di mag open this year. May ganun ba minsan na mga nangyayari? Thanks po sa mga sasagot.:)

    Guys, help. If meron akong open ACS application and I got the NOT suitable results. But the application is still open for another 30 days in case I want to choose their recommendation or file a review/appeal. Kaso, gusto ko mag-file na lang ng TOTALLY NEW application. Do I wait for the 30 days na mag-close un before ako maka-file ng bago? Or pwede ako mag submit na ng new application? Thank you.

    Hi. Yung mister ko din waiting ng mag-oopen na state. Kasi Sys Ad ang evaluation sa kanya ng ACS. Yun Canberra ba may chance mag-open this September? Or closed na talaga lahat? Meaning to say ba eh sa July 2016 na talaga kami makakapag-apply

    Nov 2013 - re-take IELTS exam. Still did not meet the desired score
    Apr 2014 - re-take IELTS exam in the Philippines. Still, failed. I gave up at this point.
    Sep 2015 - submitted another ACS assessment. Decided to pursue again since B and I separated. Para makamove on kuno haha!
    Sep 2015 - got the result with favorable reply. Still assessed under subclass 190 (state dependent) though.
    Apr 2016 - took PTE exam instead. Did not meet required score
    May 2016 - re-take PTE exam. FINALLY! got the desired score!
    May 2016 - Submitted EOI for South Australia
    Jul 2016 - Submitted EOI for New South Wales
    May 2017 - got the invitation to apply for state sponsorship! Thank you God! got approved on the same month
    Jul 2017 - Visa lodge
    Aug 2017 - First CO contact. Asking for B's credentials, Singapore police clearance, etc
    Aug 2017 - Medical
    Sep 2017 - Provided documents
    Nov 2017 - Second CO contact. Asking for more information
    Dec 2017 - Provided documents
    Mar 13, 2018 - Expired passport
    Mar 28, 2018 - Renewed passport
    April 11, submitted new passport
    April 23 - GRANT :) thank GOD!

    Hello po, ask ko lang kung may idea ko when kaya mag oopen ang Canberra or ACT? Nakalagay kasi sa website it will reopen in August 2015 once the CSOL is reassessed. Been waiting for it since July 1. Ganun pala kahirap maghintay. Tapos na ako sa lahat ng requirements, hoping na lang ako na mag open sya. Minsan naiisip ko baka di mag open this year. May ganun ba minsan na mga nangyayari? Thanks po sa mga sasagot.:)

    u have to monitor all states kasi di sila nagbibigay ng notice when they will close and reopen kaya tyatyagain mo lang tlaga.

    there is an occupation call or contact centre manager under CSOL, pero so far SA lang nag sponsor but currently closed. tech support ba ung sis mo? she can check ung mga ICT occupations baka pwede sa work nia http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Work/Skills-assessment-and-assessing-authorities/skilled-occupations-lists/CSOL then check https://www.anzscosearch.com/search/ if there's any state open for sponsorship

    2.5 years - Position: Software Engineer (Developer)
    1 year - Position: Test Engineer (Manual Testing & 1st level investigation)
    1.5 years - Position: Application Developer (Production Support & Developer)

    Salamat mga boss! mejo kinakabahan kasi ako sa test engineer na experience ko kung san mas fit, sayang din kasi ang 1 year. hehehehe

    only NT requires evidence of financial capability, for the others, declaration lang that you have that amount of money pero only ACT requires affidavit from the notary public lawyer.

    i thnk ang common nian is software engneer. Just focus on the tasks make sure na in-line lahat sa occuption na mapili mo. so if software engr for example mapili, dont mention your tasks as test engineer just focus sa software engineering tasks mo.

    Do you think i need to request another detailed COE for Test Engineer and pamodify ko nalang yung tasks para mas maging malapit sa Software Engineer na ANZSCO code or looks good naman na to?

    - Identify issues in requirements, design specifications, application architecture and product documentation.
    - Develop test specifications based on various requirement documents within schedule constraints.
    - Develop test bed and/or test data and verify test environments (based on project requirements).
    - Perform functional and technical execution activities as per project engagement.
    - Constant communication and follow up with various stakeholders during test planning and execution phases.
    - Log software application defects and track it to closure. Report and update test status promptly and accurately.

    irephrase mon alang para maging close sa software engineer. actually ung sister ko tester din pero she managed to apply as a systems Analyst. Its how you write lang tlaga ung tasks.

    I heard kasi medyo matagal n ngayon yung waiting time. currently here now sa melbourne
