    hello, question po ulet. IE is listed in bot SOL(sublcass198) and CSOL(subclass190). Mas mataas po ang points ko pag 190 pero sabi kasi dapat invited. Paano ba mainvite or pano ba process for 190? thanks you.
    190 is state nomination and they add 5pts sa total pts mo if u pass d nomination stage (u need to go to a specific states website and comply with the requirements). usually ung inaask na requirements ng state is same as DIBP. since nominated ka ng state, u have a mandatory 2yrs to live and work sa state na un when u enter australia . unlike visa 189 mkakapili ka ng state kung san mo gusto mag live/work.

    ung nadagdag lng sa process ng visa 190 is daan muna ung papers mo sa knila (sa state) before dibp and pay ka a certain fee to them for evaluating ur papers (varies per state ang fee). so ung process magging--

    skill/qualification assessment
    English Test (before or after skill assessment)
    EOI - apply for visa 190
    get invited by a state to lodge application for state nomination
    comply state requirements for nomination
    once nominated- be invited to lodge a visa app for DIBP (usually faster na kc dumaan na ng screening papers mo sa state) - final decision of visa grant wd still b wd DIBP

    @Sid on your eoi you will have to select 190 subclass. As per DIBP website:

    State and territory government agencies can view your expression of interest in SkillSelect and decide whether to nominate you for a visa. Each state or territory has a list of occupations that guides the types of skills they are looking for.

    In your expression of interest, you can indicate your interest in just one state or territory, or you can choose to be available to all of them. If you accept a nomination, the states and territories may require you to:
    1 live in the nominating state or territory for a specified minimum time
    2 tell the state or territory your address, both before and after you arrive in Australia
    3 be prepared to complete surveys and providing other post-arrival information they ask for
    4 meet any of their other requirements.
    Each state or territory government agency has its own process for nominating expressions of interest. Some agencies contact people directly and others wait for people to contact them. You can find more information on their websites.

    Sorry for having so many question..isa po uli.. if ever magpa-assess na po sa EA and hindi nila nabigyan ng positive result, another bayad po ba ulet if magpapare-assess or can we just modify, add, or improve yun unang naisubmit, then they will continue the assessment?

    CDR is the report including your career episodes, cpds, and summary statement. Documentary evidences are for academic qualifications and related skilled work experience which will prove that you are paid in the duration of your employment..

    @se29m thank you! I think hindi makakahabol ng 60pts pag without experience kasi nagask ako sa agent dati and kaya naka abot ng 60pts kasi sa experience. hindi ba bababa ang points kapag eng tech? How will it impact kapag eng tech? Compared to prof eng? Thanks in advance
