    Hello po sa lahat...
    Need your kind advice.
    We just got our PTA result and unfortunately my hubby's qualifications was assessed as Associate degree lang :( Hence, we will fall short of 5 pts. na po sa EOI.

    Since we have already lodged our EOI and applied for Victoria SS, what will be our next course of actions? ( sadly learned abt. school sectioning after EOI lodged/ SS applied)
    Tama po ba gagawin namin:

    1. Suspend EOI then create ulet once may update sa points or totally withdraw the EOI?
    2. Do we need to inform Victoria on the outcome of our PTA and withdraw application as well? It's been 1 mo. + since VIC application

    Your inputs will be highly appreciated po! TIA

    @engineer20 Analyst Programmer ( 261311) Non-ict Bachelor degree ( BS Biology).
    ACS done via RPL but wlang naging comment ang ACS regarding his qualifications.
    So, to be on the safe side nagpaVetasses (PTA) kami to get an opinion on his qualification.
    Mas mabuti po bang i.withdraw muna namin EOI while kuha kami ulet ng PTE?
    Do we need to advise Victoria to withdraw our application as well? or no need na po?
    Pls. help enlighten us...thank u so much!

    @spyware mas safe kung isuspend nyo na muna EOI habang nagpapataas ng points. sana makakuha ng additional points sa PTE bago dumating ang successful SS result ng VIC.

    @engineer20 So temporarily suspend lang po muna EOI then pag nakakuha ng higher marks sa PTE ( fingers crossed!), update nalang po namin same EOI ( no need to create new one), tama po ba?

    @spyware kung maaprub kasi ng VIC SS application mo at suspended EOI mo di nila makikita sa system yun. iemail ka nila na di makita EOI kaya you can unsuspend kung tumaas na points mo. mas ok na kumuha na ASAP ng PTE para maupdate agad points.

    @spyware Nag submit na ba kayo ng application sa VIC? If may balak kayo i-suspend yung EOI para hintayin yung higher points sa PTE, i-request nyo na i-withdraw na lang yung application sa VIC.

    Pag nabigyan kayo ng rejection letter, 6 months ang hihintayin nyo bago makapag apply ulit. To be honest, malabo kayong ma-approve at 50+5 points kasi 60 points ang minimum eh.

    08-Jul-16 - ACS Result + EOI submission (65 @ 189, 70 @ 190)

    @engineer20 Okay po yun nalang gagawin namin. Planning to take by January pa po kc para longer review period pa c hubby.
    Meron kc kami friend dati ng same case ni hubby Non-Ict grad tas hindi na dumaan sa PTA, approved naman visa nila. Very late ko na nalaman re PTA, after na EOI at Vic SS appli :(

    @rich88 Hello po, yes we're aware na 60 points requirement. It's just that late ko na nalaman that may school sectioning and not all Bach degree acquired in PH is equivalent sa AQF bach degree, kaya nag PTA kami after na na.lodged EOI and VIC SS appli.

    Maraming salamat po sa advice, sana ma.achieve higher score in PTE kung hindi goodbye na OZ dream...Sg nlang forever, hihihi :)

    Question: Pag initial entry with Vic ss, say 1 wk lang then uwi ulit sa pinas, do you have to inform vic of this? Kasi diba sa condition nila when you get approvedfrom dibp at pag nag enter ka na ng oz you have to inform them. What if initial entry palang yun at uwi pa ng pinas then say after 2mos pag sesettle sa vic, do wehaveto inform then?

    @spyware may visa 489 pa naman na pwede subukan kung di talaga aabot ang points with SS.

    Naisip po namin actually ung visa 489, pero sa mga nabasa ko lalo na VIC, diba 1 of the requirements is job offer? Ano po kayang state/s na no need job offer for 489?
    Sa NSW nung nag.check ako ala atang 261311 under 489 :(

    @dorbsdee maybe youll do better in other states. Thats a sad news but dont worry there must be a better one for you. Maybe you can try nsw, padagdag ka mun ang points :)
