    @Jaqui_su, consider which career experience will you get awarded as Professional Engineer for reasons of higher points. It may boil down on how long and what you will be able to narrate on your CDR write up with career episodes supporting docs too. ;)

    Hi fello ECE's..im a newbie dito sa forum and just started to prepare my application (DIY) for migration. Regarding dun sa Engr's Australia assessment, are they requiring to send the hardcopies ng documents? Nabasa ko kac sa EA booklet na requirement ang >300dpi na document picture quality so im assuming na softcopies lang ang isesend sa kanila. However, nagtanong ako sa dati kong classmate na nasa OZ na ngayon and he previously submitted all hardcopies way back early last year. Hopefully somebody could enligten on me regarding dito..thanks

    I would like to seek advise from all of you here. I am an Electronics Engineer. And have atleast 2yrs experience in Semicon Manufacturing plus 9mos in RND. Will my experience of almost 3yrs lng be able to get a good result from EA?

    hi @Ceecee , keri na yan.. basta kaya mo mag provide ng 3 career episodes okay na ang EA mo. pero need mo ng atleast 3 years exp as Electronics engineer para ma kapag claim ka ng 5 points from overseas employment. goodluck. :)

    @hayrOHOiro thanks po. Another question. Regarding po sa EA. Ngdededuct po ba sila ng points same po sa ACS? Kasi kung 3yrs lng exp ko baka may deduction pa po ng exp so di prin mkaclaim ng plus points. Ok nadin po ba ung RND plus semiconductor manufacturingg as experience under electronics engineer po? Lastly, pwede pahingi ndin po sana ng sample for career episodes? If meron po kayo. Thank you very much.

    Hi @Ceecee , 233411: ELECTRONICS ENGINEER is more on design, if your experience matches the job description, then yun lang ang maka-count. If lets say 9 months lang yung related experience mo to your nominated occupation and your 2 years in semicon is in manufacturing which is not so related, then maybe you can include RSEA para macredit. cheers

    hi @Ceecee I suggest when you do your assessment pay both for Competency Demonstration Report +Relevant Skilled Employment Assessment. dagdag gastos nga lang pero atleast malalaman mo kung relevant yung buong 3 years exp mo for Electronics Engineer. pero take note ang mag bibigay pa din ng points sau if relevant ang exp mo ay ang immi on your visa application.

    Sa ACS kapag hindi related sa nominated occupation mo ang Degree mo, mag dededuct sila ng 4 years yata khit related naman yung exp mo.

    sa EA hindi ko alam, parang wala pa ako nabasa na ganun ang nangyari. Babawasan lang tlga yung years of exp kasi ndi sya related sa nominated occupation.

    sorry Ceecee, mejo hindi ako comfortable ishare ang Career Ep ko eh. sorry tlaga..

    @Ceecee Hindi nagdeduct perse si EA unlike ACS, pero DIBP ang may final say kung ilang years ang ccredit nila sayo. Sa case ko, nagpa CDR+RSEA ako to confirm and usually inohonor ng DIBP ang RSEA judgment ni EA. ECE grad din ako and nasa semicon industry din, although production or plant engineer ang nominated occupation ko since mas dun nagaapply ang skillsets and CDR ko. All the best!

    Thank you po sa lahat ng advise. So follow ko po na itake ung CDR+RSEA. At yung sa nominated occupation ko baka mas fit po tlga ako sa prodn or plant engineering. @jiomariano sir pwede po ba mkishare kung paano yung career episodes nyo? As reference or guide lng din po sana sa pag gawa. Pwede lng po pa email, [email protected]

    Ask lang po ako ng help, I am a graduate of BSECE and working as telecom engineer for 7 years, I am doing po my career episodes, however, I am not sure if tama yung mga ginawa ko. I have to create a total of 4 CEs, done na po ako sa first 2 CEs ko hindi ko lang sure if correct po yung ginawa ko, I just followed po yung nakalagay sa MSA Booklet, pero kapag tumitingin kasi ako sa internet ng mga sample CEs iba iba po yung format. Baka po may makakatulong po sakin dito. Thank you po in advance. :)

    just follow ung format sa MSA booklet, iba iba kasi gawa ng tao depende sa project. ang maganda ke EA, mejo lenient sila as long as sariling mong gawa ung CDR.

    @Krisian hi I'm just wondering bakit po 4 CDR yung gagawin mo? usual kasi 3 lang. if you still have time to revise mas ok siguro kung ma justify mo mabuti yung part mo sa project I think you have to be specific para ma satisfy si EA na nademonstrate and na practice mo yung engr skills and knowledge mo..my 2cents

    Each career episode must clearly demonstrate the
    application of engineering knowledge and skills in the
    nominated occupation. That is, state what you did and
    describe how you did it, emphasising your own personal
    role in episode (for example I designed, I investigated
    etc.)
    Please do not include excessive technical details (photos,
    calculations, tables).

    thanks po @nehalem :) :) , nag-base po ako sa position na na-assign sakin, for 7 year nagkaroon po ako ng 4 different roles sa company ko, ang ginawa ko po 1 role is 1 career episode. Tama po ba?

    @Krisian sa MSA 3 lang yung required CE, wait natin yung iba kung may nag submit ng 4 career episodes. Sa hubby ko nag ka 4 employer siya pero namili lang kami ng 3 project or activity na demonstrate niya yung Engr knowledge niya sa nominated occupation (Prod Engr) nya
