    Guys, I've received an ITA for WA State Nomination. Pero I think I won't pursue as it is requiring an existing employment contract in WA under Schedule 2 (email excerpts below). So, wait nalang ulet ko for the next round, hopefully sa 189visa.

    "Before accepting this invitation and you lodge your application you need to carefully read the State Nomination criteria which can be found at How to apply for State Nomination. While you have received an invitation to apply through your Expression of Interest in SkillSelect you may not meet the criteria for State nomination e.g. you are required to have a contract of employment in Western Australia if your occupation is listed on Schedule 2 of the WASMOL.
    Please note that completing and submitting this application does not guarantee you will be granted State nomination."

    Just wanted to seek your advice on this matter -

    I received last night 9:30PM ITA for 189. Then around 1PM today, I received an email from Victoria state that my application for SS has been granted. Now, I have 2 ITAs, my priority is 189. What should I do with 190? Shall I email Victoria state or let the ITA to be expired?

    @SAP_Melaka You can just let the state nomination pass (I think the invitation will expire within 14 days) I had the same thing happen to me with NSW. But once I lodged my 189, it automatically suspended my EOI (meaning no more invitations can be given to me or I can apply for).

    Yup agree @delorian , ang plan ko kasi is to inform Victoria government that I wont be proceeding with 190 (para yung allotment, maibigay sa iba). Though I'm not sure yung impact nun with my 189. As majority says no impact, I let the 190 expires.
