    hi team january.. sa mga nag submit na po ng form 80... dun po sa question 4.."have you been known by any other names" dineclare nyo po ba yung name nyo with middle name?? sa visa lodegement po kasi hindi ko na ni declare to since Surname at given name lang ang ginamit ko...thanks

    @baknir Sinagutan ko lang yan para sa wife ko since nagbago na surname nya.

    Yung middle name, kasama yan dapat sa given name.

    hi @freakazaa, thanks po... may kilala po kasi ako hindi na isinama yung middle name sa given names all the way from EOI to visa lodgement... granted naman ang visa nila matagal na... kaya lang hindi naman sila hiningian ng form 80.... medyo na confused kasi ako kung isasama ko ba yung middle name ko sa "any other names" para sa form 80... or isagot ko NO.. para consistent na lang din...

    paging/calling other applicants po na may kagaya kong scenario??

    hi @romel78.. salamat po... so sa form 80 ok lang i declare yung middle name... starting sa question 1....kahit sa visa lodgement ay na declare ko lang ay yung last name at given name ko?? tama ba?? hehehe.. pasensya na sa kakulitan.

    @baknir Yes. Sa EOI, First and Last Name lang nakalagay sa Application ko.
    Pero sa Form 80 sinama ko Middle Name sa Given Name kase nakalagay sa Form eh as per Passport name daw eh.

    Kaso ang dapat mag confirm nito is yung nabigyan na ng grant kung ok lang ba yun.
    Anyone can confirm this?

    @romel78 sa EOI ko, FirstName at Last Name lang nilagay ko... up to sa pag lodge ng visa... wala naman ako problema sir. grant parin....

    Although nag research din ako dati (the time na naapply ko na visa) kung kelangan ba middle name sa given name... Yung iba nilalagay, yung iba hinde... in my case, hinde ko nalagay, wala naman problema sir... :D naparanoid din kaya ako kakaisip kung kelangan Middle name sa Given name hahaha!

    @romel78 marami na kong nabasa na naglagay ng middle name sa ibang forms, sa iba namam hindi. Wala daw naman naging problema. Baka understood na ng mga CO yun hehe.

Yup, nakapag-decide na kami ni hubby to lodge visa na tonight kasama pati un daughter namin, di bale na ma-delay ang mahalaga naman sa huli ay magkaroon ng grant. Habol pa sa january batch although most likely na ako na ang matira dito hehehe.. glad to share lang din my experience para sa mga future applicants in case may ganitong ma-experience. ;)

    Sana nga napaka hirap pala netong "Waiting Game" sometimes nakakapag isip ako na baka meron kaming na overlook na questions or wrong answers sa pag fill up ng forms or baka may nakalimutang i upload etc... hopefully everything will be ok at ma grant lahat tayo. Praying for all positive results in God's perfect time :)

    Sana nga napaka hirap pala netong "Waiting Game" sometimes nakakapag isip ako na baka meron kaming na overlook na questions or wrong answers sa pag fill up ng forms or baka may nakalimutang i upload etc... hopefully everything will be ok at ma grant lahat tayo.     Question guys. I am expecting na mag update ung pts ko for work experience since mag fall na ako sa 8yrs accredited, pero nde nag auto update sa skillselect today. Tama naman yung computation ko ng relevant experience, 8yrs sakto.

    supposedly ba dapat lalagyan ko ng end date yung sa current company ko? or leave it as blank?
