    Hi all,

    Question lang, di na kasi namin idedeclare as house address ung present (House A) namin kasi kakalipat lang namin nung July tapos wala kaming nakaaddress na any bills dub. Nasa House B lahat which is bahay ng in law ko.

    Problem is, ung sa PTE ko pala ung contact info address ko is House A. Pero nilagay ko sa NBI is House B. Although same subdivision naman sila both.

    Declare ba namin si House A? Or ok lang ub? Chineck ko kasi ung test report ni PTE wala naman dun address mismo.

    03 Jan 2017 - ITA received
    16 Jan 2017 - Medicals Cleared for me and hubby, additional checkup for my daughter since she is currently under medication for primary complex (latent TB infection)
    18 Jan 2017 - Follow-up consultation of daughter, no further test required, all test results were negative, currently waiting for the result to be uploaded in the immi site
    31 Jan 2017 - Received email from BUPA/MOC requesting to continue my daughter's medication (June 2017) then will repeat x-ray
    01 Feb 2017 - Visa lodged :)
    13 Feb 2017 - Received notification that assessment has commenced (GSM Adelaide - CO Ladan)
    06 Apr 2017 - Follow-up checkup for daughter and repeat x-ray after completion of LTBI treatment (medication was done only 6 months instead of the initial 9 months timing due to remarkable improvements, thank God it was accepted)
    24 Apr 2017 - Daughter's medical cleared (another reason to be thankful for)

    ask ko lang, dun sa pag fill-up sa visa lodge, sa give details nung medical, ang ilalagay is Date, Location and Result ng medical diba. Yung sa date ba yun yung date submitted sa emedical info sheet or kung kelan ka nagpunta clinic for the medicals?

    Pag yung isang child ko ba di pa completed ang result, di pa ako pwede maglodge? kasi di ko pa malalagay na "completed - no action required yung status nya". Sabi naman kasi nung clinin nung friday cleared naman na sya kaso mukhang naoverlook nila kasi yung isa kong anak completed na lahat. Gusto ko na sana kasi maglodge, kaso baka need talaga wait na cleared na result. Thanks.
