ano po ba mga steps/procedure sa pagkuha ng 457 visa? pls help...

kailangan ba kumuha n gad me ng ielts, o kailangan ba mag log na ko, o iintayin ko muna instructions ng employer when to log????

It's up to you. anyway IELTS has a validity of 2yrs i believe. win win situation ka pa rin naman kunin mo man cya ng maaga or hindi. if you were to ask me kukunin ko na cya as early as i possible.

Maganda Kumuha ka na ng IELTS para malaman mo level ng english proficiency mo puede mo rin magamit kung sakali mag apply ka ng permanent resident visa after one or two years. habang wait ka ng instruction sa employer mo prepare mo na agad ang lahat ng documents tulad ng:

01. Philippines Passport
02. College School Records and English Medium of Instruction (CHED and DFA Aunthenticated)
03. IELTS (di na kailangan ipa DFA Authenticated)
04. Birth Certificate (DFA Authenticated)
05. Current CV or Resume attach with Certificate of Employment from first and Current Company (Certified by the legal attorney of Your City hall and DFA Authenticated) Sa Manila City hall ako nag pa Authenticated ng CV ko (CV ko lang attach with Employment certificate sa loob ng building im not sure kung 4th floor yun. tanung na lang kayo sa empleyado dun. ingat sa fixer.
06. Australian Firm Contract (Request a copy Signed by employee and employer)
07. copy of Current job Payslip at least 2 years
08. All Tax Certificate or income tax return from first and Current Company (Try nyo ipa DFA Authentication pero pag hindi Okay lang. Basta isama ito sa documents nyo Importante ito para malaman kung nagbabayad kayo ng TAX)
09. Police Clearance (DFA Authenticated)
10. NBI clearance (DFA Authenticated)

Magtanung ka pa rin sa mga member dito kung anung requirements at kung tama ang list ko 4 years ago na kasi nung nag apply ng 457 visa may mga nabago na rin na sistema. mag research ka sa ibang site at mag basabasa about 457 visa dito lagay mo lang 457 sa search box.

Mag apply ka na rin ng ibang documents habang nasa Pinas ka tulad ng:

01. High School Records and English Medium of Instruction (DECS and DFA Authenticated)
02. Elementary School Records and English Medium of Instruction (DECS and DFA Authenticated)
03. Baptism Certificate kung mayrun ka lang kung wala okay lang (DFA Authenticated)
04. Training School Records (TESDA and DFA Aunthenticated) kung mayrun lang ikaw na ganito for example mga software na enroll mo sa mga training school under ng TESDA)

Pinakuha kita ng ganito para in the future kung planu mo mag apply ng permanent resident 856 of 857 visa at least may additional supporting documents kana i renew mo na lang sa DFA authentication. Ang pinaka importante dyan ang High school records kung nahihirapan ka naman kumuha ng Elementary school records at hirap ka hanapin ang baptism certificate okay lang kahit wag kana mag apply nun. Ang saan akin lang kasi maganda may records ka na nun para maalala mo grades mo nung elementary ka. Maganda may high school records ka for supporting documents at kung sakali planu mo mag aral dito at least di ka hirap mag enroll to provide documents.

Noon 3 weeks lang kuha na agad ang 457 visa.

Again mag tanung sa ibang member o mag research sa immi.gov.au at dito about 457 visa. Kasi nitong july nagbago na ang sistema sa pag apply ng 457.
