    @nicstee

    ECE course ko nung college, ang alam ko I read somewhere dito na kapag nireview ng EA ang CDR mo at they see another nominated skill na fitting eh yung ang ilalagay nila sa outcome letter mo. If that's the case, you should be okay since since na kay EA naman ang final verdict. Sent you the samples. Makikita yung occupation ceiling sa link na to, piliin mo lang yung current invitation round

    https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Skil

    Tama na gawin mong pass time ang pagbabasa dito, dami mo malalaman and napaka helpful ng mga tao :)

    @mugsy27 Sana nga di muna magbago yung trend! Pero habol ako ng PTE this April, sana maabot yung superior para kahit paano makahabol pa until May. Last year kasi May nag ceiling na nominated occupation ko. Positive lang!

    @jiomariano may i ask what occupation did you nominate on your assessment? Professional engineer kasi ninominate ko at yun lang din nakuha ko sa outcome letter. Nothing more. Kahit may background ako ng project management and design which i indicated on my cdr. Just curious baka ngbago na sila ng systema eh

    @nicstee siguro naman yung anak eh more than enough proof na de facto kayo hehe. Any doc showing same address kayo pwede din proof. Or joint bank account.

    sipag tlga ni @tweety11 mag reply. hehe..

    @nicstee , additional sa sinabi ni tweety pede din halimbawa remittance evidence / bank transfers kung nasa Pinas ang anak mo tapos pinapadalhan nyo siya for her needs. Or pede din na pictures nyo from holiday together. or pede din na declaration from your friends/family to attest your relationship. parang may nabasa ako dati na post na even Skype call logs isinasama nila as evidence to support de facto relationships lalu na dun sa mga LDR.

    @caloy23 Production or Plant Engineer ang ninominate kong skill. Wala pa ako results kaya I can't tell yet kung ano sasabihin ni EA. I'll let you know when I get my results bro

    Naiintriga ako dito. Sensya na kung medyo off topic pero baka pwedeng ipursue namin ng girlfriend ko to claim partner points. The original plan was for us to be separately assessed and apply separate visa 189s. Parehas na kaming ongoing assessment by EA. The thing na nagdiscourage sa akin is wala kaming same billing address or joint bank statements, all we have is yung mga holiday pictures here and abroad and yung testimonies from family and friends. Pero now you've mentioned na pati mga LDR eh may chance, baka pwede naming ipursue. Your thoughts? Thank you!

    @jiomariano , yup mas okay na one application kayo mas tipid pa since magiging dependent yung isa sa inyo.

    hindi ko lang tanda kung dito ko nabasa yung post na yun or sa iba pang forum. pero ganyan ginagawa ng LDRs.. evidence lang, photos, call logs, remittances,holidays together, testimonies from friends/family..

    @hayrOHOiro Thanks thanks! Magreresearch ako about this para mas makakuha ng mataas na points, bigla ako nagkapag asa. Tsaka yung money na matitipid pwede idagdag sa pocket money if ever. Sa EOI phase ko na nyan sya idadagdag sa dependents diba?

    hindi po pede ang PTE sa EA Assessment.. pero sa Visa application pede na sya. kaya ang nangyayari ay mag IELTS muna for EA aiming atleast 6 on all bands. then after ng EA assessment, mag PTE naman para sa points for EOI. kasi sabi nila mas madali daw ang PTE kesa sa IELTS.

    mali po understanding mo about partner skill pts;

    the only way the pwede ka mag claim 5 pts para sa partner mo is :

    1. pasado cya ng IELTS

    2. nag pa assess ung partner mo and nakakuha ng Positive Skill Assessment ( from the respective assessing body )

    if wala ganito ung partner mo, d ka pwede mag claim ng partner points

    .... based sa breakdown ng points mo nsa 70 pts kana... more than enough na un para ma invite ( if mapasa mo lahat ) :)>-

    Sabi nga ni @hayrOHOiro hindi honored by EA ang PTE-A, as of now IELTS lang tsaka TOEFL ang kinikilala ng EA. Nung ako 9/8.5/7.5/8.5 ako sa IELTS, kinapos pa ako ng 0.5 sa first take kaya ttry ko naman PTE this time. Pero sa computation mo naman mukhang di mo kailangan papressure sa language pts kaya go lang :)

    @jiomariano try to look at the partner visa. If it works, you'll save a lot of money. Money that you'll need to start your lives here in OZ. Goodluck!☺

    I mean if nakapag paassess na sya and passed the IELTS requirement na, then I declare her as my dependent, pwede pa din ba ako mag claim ng partner points given na nasatisfy nya yung assessment and IELTS? :)

    @jiomariano try to look at the partner visa. If it works, you'll save a lot of money. Money that you'll need to start your lives here in OZ. Goodluck!☺

    @caloy23 Tried searching pero looks complicated and take too much precious time, nagmamadali na din kasi kami kaya baka yung claiming na lang ng partner points yung titignan namin pero thanks sa suggestion man!

    Oo, include mo sya as dependent. Makakapagwork pa din sya once magrant na visa nyo. Hindi naman necessary ang assessment para magwork. For visa application lang talaga yung assessment.
