Just sharing, baka sakali makahelp sa iba. Kakakuha ko lang ng NBI Clearance this morning, sa QC Hall branch. Suuuper bilis lang ng process compared to previous years (as long as nagpa-schedule online and pay before apppoinment, so make sure to do this!). Arrived at 9:20am, around 60-65 applicants before me. 35mins from start to release ako. Nagka-time pako kumuha ng police clearance and claim ng voters ID (10yrs delayed haha)

may NBI na ko kaso mukang need ko mag renew ulit.. naka-single pa yung civil status ko.. haha.. magiging issue kaya if ito nalang ipasa ko? or better, kumuha nalang ako ng bago..? hassle lang talaga. tsk tsk

Guys yung sa EOI nga... Yung particular day ng start ng college education ko, inestimate ko lang since hindi ko maremember and wala rin sa mga documents ko like TOR etc. Big deal ba yun? Like yung nakalagay lang sa TOR is June 2005 tapos nilagyan ko lang ng 13 since yun ang usual date ng start ng classes.

1) Is it a must to engage an immigration agent?
2) Can I apply for a visa without a job?
3) I am an Architect with more than 10 years experience. What Visa should I apply?
4) Should I take IELTS immediately? Wife too?
5) Can I submit an EOI to a specific state even if the code I am applying for is not on their List yet or if the state is close?

May makikita bang link o button sa pag-gawa ng Health Declaration sa Immi Account kahit hindi ka pa nagsa-submit ng Visa Application o dapat i-click muna 'yung "Submit" application button para maka-gawa ka ng Health Dec?
Saka hindi ka ba automatic na papag-bayarin pag nag-submit ka na ng Visa Application?
