Uploaded Form 1023 with the correct details of conviction and email to CO explaining the error
Comments on email to CO-
“The event was in 2002 (14 years ago) and I was 16 at time of conviction and still a juvenile. I had no official records / documentation of the event and was declaring all I knew at the time of application. I believed this was the terminology of the charge but I was mistaken, upon receipt of the police report I have amended.”
In no way was I trying to mislead or misrepresent the conviction. Sorry for any inconvenience."
