1. Yes, it is possible to be invited for 60 points since this is a minimum requirement. But I would say, a very slim chance only. Keep in mind for those incoming applicants with 65 points higher have the advantage.
2. If you will resign, make sure you reflect all the changes in your EOI. If you got invited, the basis of proof of your points will be based on the latest information in your EOI.
3. It's fine, but I think you need to update the "Usual country of residence" field. Still it wouldn't matter if you are in PH or wherever since the application will be considered as "outside Australia". Though staying to another country for at least a year will require you a police clearance.

Just plan out your visa processing timeline.

I received an email from skillselect. I have other eoi for nsw which is still active, so i checked it. The letter says my occupation is removed from csol thus i will not be nominated for 190 and 489. So kung submitted daw yung eoi ko, magiging draft uli. Then kung invited naman pero di ako nag apply ng gisa, magiging draft din. I understand that this was communicated last april 19 but seeing an actual communcation from dibp in your skillselect is saddening.
I also checked my current EOI for SA, it says lodged. Kala ko nga may co na ako or my result na pero nagtaka ako bakit skillselect at hindi immiaccount. Then narealize ko baka sa Nsw na eoi ko.
Asa pa ako na nainvite ako hehehe

@cliffhanger82 kaya nga po depende sa profession.pwede naman mainvite agad pag 60 points lang..last March 14 po ako nainvite..praying for DG soon..
Wag lang po kayo mawalan ng pag asa..basta sabayan prayers ang bawat pag aaral at desisyon..
Sa ibang profession po ata lalo na Accountancy saka IT malabo na po ata ang 60 points.

Hi guys. I have a really stupid question. So I got an invite already from SkillSelect and I had taken the health exam and the clinic already forwarded the results to DIBP.

Saan ako mag la lodge na ng visa? Sa SkillSelect or ImmiAccount ko na?

@Strader yup oo nga eh meant to be sa SA. Even mga kakilala ko nkareceive din ng email from dibp.

Saw a visa grant in expatforum earlier today. So atleast my mga naggrant na uli.

@cliffhanger82 mabilis lng mainvite as long as tama ung timing mo ng pgsubmit ng eoi sa invitation rounds nila. Check mo lng sa website ung dates ng invi rounds.

Salamat sa inputs!

Kaya ko kakailanganin mag resign kasi kailangan ko tupadin yung residency obligation ko sa Canada. Sa estimate ko April 2020 ako mag 9 years (para magka 5yrs sa skilled employment=65 pts, 4yrs kasi dineduct sa ACS), tapos by July dapat makabalik ako dito at magspend ng 2 years.

Ang plan is magresign ako, lodge EOI, balik dito sa Canada at maghintay mainvite.
Tapos iuupdate ko yung EOI ko ng current location.

Medyo suntok sa buwan haha pero parang worth a try e.
Sa 2020 pa marerealize itong plan ko kung magwork. Wishful thinking na sana mas marami sila kunin by then or mas maging maluwag sila.

@rosch Hi po. Thank you. If tama understanding ko dun sa points system, nasa 70 naman pero syempre ayoko kampante.

Nahihirapan ako i-start ang CDR ko. Any advices po kung saan pa kong links or websites pwede magcheck ng guide on how to do it. And samples na rin. And tama ba, nasa Php 27k ang fee? Paano rin ang payment method nila if wala akong credit card? Thank you in advance sa response.

Ung msa booklet lng talaga ang guide ko.cdr+rsea ang kinuha ko kaya 750+280=1030aud binayaran ko excluding pa dyan ung fast track payment na 275. Converted to peso + bank charges = 51,252.00 pesos. Pero ngayon, ngincrease na cla. Cdr+rsea=1085AUD na... sa mode of payment, puede naman kahit walang creditcard. Di ko lng naexplore un.

Also, favor naman po, hindi ko na kasi ma access yung application since nakapag lodge na ako. Ano pong mga choices dun sa Relationship with primary applicant dun sa dependent?

actually na declare ko kasi as Step Child ung anak ng de facto partner ko. So in legal terms nde ko siya step child kundi dependent siya ng partner ko. gusto ko sana baguhin ung sagot ko kaya gusto ko malaman ung mga options sa sagot like kung meron "others" then explanation.

technically, indi an dependent ng partner mo un. kaso ang prob diko alm panu icorrect. hehe. check with case officer maybe. or baka may ibang may alam panu icorrect.

@rosch Thanks a lot! Sige check ko yang link na recommended mo. May nakausap akong migration agent last Thursday. Medyo nadisappoint ako for my case. 1997 kasi ako naggraduate ng 3-year technical course (Instrumentation Technology) then consistent na yung work ko starting year 2000 as engg technician. Then nalinya na ako sa manufacturing year 2004 onwards until 2013. So bale 9 years din yun na experience related to Industrial Engineering. Kaso nakuha ko yung BSIE degree ko, year 2013 na nung nag-aral ako while working during that time. After 2013, nalinya naman ako sa Logistics and Supply Chain pero nagskip ako ng jobs so meron akong full 2 years experience pa lang after I graduated ng BSIE nung 2013. True ba na hindi na mako-consider yung 9 years ko kasi nakuha ko yung experience before I graduated BSIE? Yun pa naman sana ang ilalagay ko sa career episodes ko.
