    hi po ulit! last June 11 nagexpire ung 189 ITA ko due to lack of funds.. ngaun nakarcvd ako ng ITA na 190 sa NSW..pag nagexpire ba ulit to, di na ako maiinvite ulit?salamat sa mga sasagot..

    @fortunate_engr , i cnt help but to reply, gawan mo na ng paraan yung paghanap ng funds, sayang ang mga ITA na narereceive mo. Alam mo ang dami naghihintay ng ITA, marami ang taon ang hinihintay ng iba. Kasama na ako dun dati. Lalo na sa paghihintay ko sa Sydney. Baka kasi magsisii ka na napalagpas mo yung pagkakataon. Kung kaya mo ipangutang o kung dream mo talaga yan, gawan mo na ng paraan. Just my 2 cents. :) go for it!!!

    @fortunate_engr I agree with @kisses1417 . May kakilala ako pinadaan lang sa bank account yung pera, kumuha statement hardcopy then binalik na agad yung pera sa mga pinaghiraman. Sayang naman yung mga nageexpire na ITA mo.

    @Luntian12 ITA from NSW po to submit requirements for state nomination yung natanggap ko. Kung ma accept po yung application ko ano na next step?

    Anyway, nasagot nyo naman po yung isang tanong ko, hindi pala kelangan magpakita ng proof of funds sa visa application. Mejo ang sakit sa bangs ang mahal eh, tatlo kasi kami kaya aabot ng 200k

    @PMPdreamer ah, ok. Not very sure, but I think wala namang hinihinging evidence ang NSW when it comes to funds. May nareceive ka na email from them na may link to upload documents? You may check there ano yung pinapasubmit nila. At the same time, read din yung mga nasa website ng NSW about SS. Work on this immediately kasi 14 days lang din yata ang timeframe na ibinibigay nila. May charges din yata sila around 300AUD kung hindi ako nagkakamali. Kaya better to refer sa website para mas sure.

    Once manominate ka ng NSW, makakareceive ka ng email from SkillSelect ng ITA for visa. Yun na yung sasubmit mo lahat ng documents pati ng dependants mo. Ang natatandaan ko lang na nagastos namin bukod sa visa fees during visa application ay yung medical, police clearance namin dito sa Singapore, yung plane ticket paPinas para makakuha agad ng NBI clearance pati na din yung mga binayad sa university ko nung nagrequest kami ng CEMI and bagong copy ng transcript :) nabaha kasi yung akin kaya pinaulit ko. :)

    @Strader - thanks daw sabi ng fren ko..application nya yun hehe..yung CO ko last 3 June pa last contact sa amin asked for coloured passport n submit nman agad namin kaso wla ng contact after..28 days p daw sabi sa letter tagal heh..btw may new update sa Western OZ please read for the info of all cheers!

    Guys, I have received an email from the CO today. The CO asks for additional documents such as:
    1. Completed Form 80 - Any tips to get this filled up? I just don't want to mess up the form.
    2. Local Police Clearance from US - I don't know how to get local or state police clearance coz I am outside the US already. I have provided them FBI clearance after waiting for 10 weeks though.
    3. Functional English for my wife. She has not finished degree in college, so I don't know if they will accept elementary, high school, and 1st/1st sem school credentials. We are planning that she takes IELTS or PTE, but we don't know if we can beat the 28 days allowance to submit the additional documents needed.

    Any input guys. Item #2 and #3 seem to hard to accomplish giving the complexity of our case. Thank you in advance!

    @Chad ay mali local police clearance pala hinihingi. buti sa nung sa first CO contact ko di nman ako hiningan ng local police clearance? hala kinabahan tuloy ako, may possibility ba na hingan padin yan sakin kahit form 80 lang hiningi nung nicontact ako ng CO?
