  @itscarlo its up to you kasi yung SSS contribution is para pag nag retire ka may makukuha ka monthly. if you opted to retire sa pinas I think okay na magbayad ng SSS.

  Is SSS really a good investment option? Maganda ba ang performance ng fund nila, or is it better for you to regularly buy BPI/SMC/whatever shares para 'self-managed' retirement fund. Or take advantage of salary-sacrifice super dito.
  
  Fixed income ba ang makukuha mu sa SS? For how long? How much, baka naman pambili lang ng jolibee yung sustento ng SS? Is that worth the hassle of monthly or yearly hulugan sa SS? IDK, probably throw some SSS figures here.
