Actually, nagiisip ako ng plan kung idedelay ko yung next take ko ng PTE, ksi in case na masuperior ko PTE agad with 65 overall ksama state sponsorship points, tpos sa June 2019 pa ko maka 70 points (+5 points for 3 years work experience) bka ksi maexpire yung PTE ko tpos di pa din naiinvite. Sayang yung effort at pera. Haha

afaik you can only claim in your EOI if it is supported with an assessment from related assessing body, else you can't claim.

mag-asawa ka ng same line of work mo/occupation list para sa +5 points for partner! hahaha!

kidding aside, good point ka dyan pero sa v190, depende sa urgency ng state. kung ma-superior mo ang english mo at nachempo na kailangan ng state ng mga kagaya mong job code, iinvite ka nila sa 190 as long as 65pts ka. mabango ang superior english kay NSW at VIC.

Hello Pinoy Dreamers..

Just want to ask some querries..

1. Dumating napo ang positive outcome ng assessment ko (attached). Im using migration agent. CDR + RSEA ang inapplyan ko. Tumawag agent ko sabi di daw pasok ang work experience ko sa occupation na inapplyan ko. Maaari napo ba kong magproceed sa EOI?
2. Ang work exp kopo is around 2 years and 5 months. Yung agent ko pinapabago yung CDR ko through material engineer para daw magrant ang exp ko. Pero gagastos parin ako at madedelay ang submission ko. Plan ko po, na mgsubmit na ng EOI after superior score para di sayang ang oras. And kapag maka 3 years exp nako, pwde ako magresubmit ng cdr para macount ang work exp ko. Maari po ba un?
Currently having 55 points (Proficient PTE).. Pag nagkasuperior na, 65 + 10 (Visa 489) Sana.

@patotoy nga pala bro, kung 60 pointer lng without SS tpos umaasa ng +5 pra makatungtong ng 65 points. May state bang papansin ng EOI, assuming lang na magbaba ng points sa invite?

@gandara yes since its not to present anymore you have update, but if you are not claiming points for that employment wala din bearing. This just my oponion.

@VirGlySyl technically, if you didn’t include the employment part during the skills assessment, you can still claim points for it and back it up with employment reference letter and pay evidences. The case officer will have to assess it. The problem with that, you won’t be sure if tama yung claim ko and if the case officer will in fact consider it. If they aren’t satisfied and you fell short of points because of this the. It’s possible you would get a Visa refusal. Unlike if you are claiming points from work experience officially assessed by the assessing authority, you are more certain you’re claiming the correct points, you’ve got the piece of mind in the end..,especially when you’re doing things by yourself. @gandara don’t worry too much about the date of submission of EOI, prioritise on getting higher points. Maaga nga yung date of submission pero mababa points compared to updating your EOI dahil tataas ang points...it will be silly if you choose not to update your EOI.

@RheaMARN1171933 im about to ask you na din sana nga if we can claim working experience na hindi pinaassess sa assessing buddy. So it means, pwede talagang i-claim. In my case kasi may employment ako na nag-aalinlangan ako na may kalayuan sa 2335 ANZSCO definition, kaya nagpaRSEA ako, and one more thing natanung ko din in case na kung lilipat ako ng employer, e kung pwede ko pa ding ma-claim given na related pa din sa 2335 yung JD, so maliwanag na po, pwede ko xang i-claim.

@VirGlySyl this is getting too detailed now and honestly don’t have the brain and the time to understand everything over just a forum. I can only provide a general point of view as it takes so much more than just comments in this forum to understand the whole picture of any case. Hence, if one wants a detailed and concrete professional advice, this forum isn’t the best channel to get one. Like I said, technically one could claim but if I was your agent, I would prefer that you would have all your employment experience which you want to claim assessed by the assessing authority this is to strengthen your case. If you want to push it and claim work experience based on your own judgement, that would be your own risk in the end. If I were in your place (not an agent but just an aspiring migrant), I would make things formal through a skilled employment assessment outcome, that way I’m sure I know what I’m doing than risk the possibility of me overclaiming points which may result to Visa refusal. All the best.

imo, as long as total 65pts ka kapag na-superior mo, mag retake ka, baket? love na love ni NSW at VIC ang superior english kahit pa 65pts total (60+5) sa EOI for v190 (yun ay kung NSW or VIC ang target city mo).

kung v489 visa naman target mo, ok din, bket? dahil once na magka-ITA ka dito, isa to sa pinakamabilis ma-process as long as 65pts total ka (55+10) and road to PR din tong visa na ito.

Supposedly, magretake agad ako (this September 2018) at makuha superior mark sa PTE at mag file ako ng EOI by September 2018 (Date of Effect), which is 60 points pa lang ako by this month (w/o SS plus Superior PTE) then kung wala pa kong ITA by June 2019 yung Date of Effect ko magupdate ulit sa zero by June 2019 kasi I'm claiming na ng (+5 for my work xp) eh since 65 & 70 pointers for 190v mahabahabang waiting time at tapyas din sa validity ng PTE ko, yun yung worry ko baka lang ma expirean ako ng PTE kung mag retake agad.

at the moment kase bro, mejo malabo pa yung v189 chances mo dahil pro-rata ang jobcode mo pero ang v190 at v489, may chance talaga lalo na kung superior english.

ang point ko lang sa message ko, as long as 65pts total ka (including SS or company sponsor), may chance kang mainvite. kung babasahin mo yung ibang thread, may nainvite sa 55 + 10 (65pts) for visa 489.

pag-isipan mong mabuti bro, yan lang ang deskarte ko kung ako ang nasa kalagayan mo. tutal sumugal ka na from the start, ituloy mo na para wala kang maging regrets.

as far as i know, pwede mong iclaim as long as nasa SAME LIST kayo ng occupation. example, IT ka at Nurse partner mo, tapos both occupation na yun ay nasa MLTSSL List, pwede mong iclaim yun:

"Your partner’s nominated skilled occupation must be on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated skilled occupation. "

tanong lang po. ok lang po ba na salant RSEA yang EA assessement quasi hindi po naging related yung experience nya sa degree (IE). need lang po yung assessment from EA nasi mag claim ng partner points to support main applicant. thanks!

Hello sa inyo. Bago lang ako sa forum. Manghihingi lang sana ako ng advice sa mga experts.

Kung 65 ang total points pag nag-EOI ka, may risk ba of rejection? Kailangan ba talaga mas mataas, para mas sigurado ang approval?

Reason po kasi is, nagtake ako ng PTE-A. Yung reading ko is 78. The rest of the skills are superior na. Ayoko na sana mag-retake
