Documents must be original or a certified copy.

Participant must meet all admission requirements and provide documented evidence of the following at the time of enrolment:

A certified copy of the AHPRA referral letter. Ensure that the period of the referral letter covers the 11 weeks of the course plus an additional 4-6 weeks for completion of documentation and recommendation to AHPRA for registration.
Results of acceptable English language test(s) – refer to the prerequisites section for more details
A certified copy of your passport
A certified copy of your visa
A valid Australian police/criminal record check (CRC)
Visit the AFP website
Visit the national crime check website
Students who are not Australian citizens nor hold permanent resident status also needs to provide a criminal record check from their country of origin and any country they have resided in since the age of 16 or older in addition to their Australian criminal record check. This can be the same record check as used for AHPRA i.e. (fit2work).
Record of immunisation.
Evidence of immunisations must in line with NSW Health requirements.
All documented evidence of immunisations and original serology must be provided with the application:
Diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus (DTPa, not ADT) within last 10 years
Varicella, either positive serology OR past disease OR 2x vaccinations at least 28 days apart
Mumps, measles and rubella, either positive serology OR 2x vaccinations at least 28 days apart
Hepatitis B, positive serology AND evidence of at least 1x vaccination previously OR sign a statutory declaration during the course
The current years/season flu vaccine obtained in Australia ONLY

Please refer to the website above, nakalagay lahat diyan ng kailangan mong documents as well as the steps in applying. There is a form that you need to fill up in Step No. 3, you’ll also see there the email address where you can send your documents. Have you already got your LOE from AHPRA?

@oIp It is not advisable to apply for a visa until you have secured a slot. When you submit your documents, you will be required to pay AUD 250 to secure a slot. They will then send you an offer letter which you will accept with a AUD 1,000 payment. This time your slot is assured and you can now apply for a Visitor (600) visa and you can use the letter of offer as additional documentation for the visa application, just like being invited by a relative or a friend for holiday purposes. Then 3 weeks before that start of the course, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. Btw, the AUD 250 is non-refundable.

@oIp Vaccinations take time specially HepB... unless you only require booster shots. The HepB vax needs 3 doses given at 0, 1 and month 6. MMR needs 2 adult doses 1 month apart.

@cucci ok pa yung hepa titer ko. >1000 pa. More than dun sa limit ng machine. Baka kasi pag nagpa vax ako ngayon, hingan pako ng titer, magdodoble. Tsaka kelangan ba complete na agad yung docs pag magpapasa sa school or kahit later na yung vax pag nagreply na sila at may slot kana. Ty
