Child Visa (Subclass 101) for children +18 years old

jeff0610jeff0610 MelbournePosts: 32Member
Hi Everyone,

I just wondering if there's anyone here who was able to try applying for child visa for children more than 18 years of age?

My uncle is a permanent resident who is looking for any way to bring his 2 daughters aged 20 and 23 to Australia. The first one is still studying while the 2nd has just started a second course after she graduated in 2016.

Can they still qualify for Child visa 101? If yes, is this the best option for them? Your views and opinions will be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance Kabayans!

Thanks agentKams, nagresearch din ako and I believe yan nga ang best option para sa kanila. I’m just worrying about the 2nd child kasi may gap na 2 years yung study nya. Do you think it will affect her chance to be granted a visa?

No, she tried but no luck. That’s the reason why she’s doing another course. Thanks for your inputs @agentKams, really appreciate it. :)

@jeff0610 2 yr gap is not reasonable even if you did not work.

@AnnecaIha hi I have a child that is 21 years old but there’s a 15 months gap before she studies with her another course she’s still studying until now. Is it gonna affect her application. We are done with her medicals and we’re just waiting for the decision. We already passed the complete documents in immigration. Fyi. Thanks!
