eto yung link for complete details:
    https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/about/corporate/information/fact-sheets/35relationship

***and besides...... madaming magagandang Australiana dun eh ;)

regardless na defacto or married, same lang ang proof of evidence niyan minus the marriage certificate sa defacto. financial, emotional, physical aspect tinitingnan tlga nila.

@Kahlan this isn’t the visa for your husband. You include your husband in your PR application

Hi!

May hinihingi doon na “Member of Family Unit, Evidence of”, iba pa doon sa evidence for defacto partnership. Any idea ano difference nito or anong docs dapat ilagay dito?

Meron kami tag isang stat dec, joint bank account statement. Barangay and homeowners na certificate saying nakatira kami sa same house. Affidavit from my mom saying nakaira kami as a couple sa bahay nila since may 2015. Tapos may isang pinoy na witness sa relationship (stat dec), isang form 888 na stat dec (oz citizen), tapos yung photos and travel together.

Uulitin ko lang kaya lahat? Or sa evidence of family unit kahit stat dec lang namin individually about the defacto partnership? Hoping for your advise! Thank you sa makakatulong :)

    Main applicant (ikaw) = Php157,500
    Spouse = Php78,700
    3 anak below 18yr-old = Php 118,500

But to for my advise, and for less stress and hassle, mag take na lang si partner ng english exam. Aminimum of 4.5 score lang naman in each band ang kailangan ni partner.

@sarahm if you are a bachelor degree holder, you can get a CEMI (certificate of English as Medium of Instruction) from your school and include your bachelor degree certificate as proof for English level that you have para di ka na mag take ng English test. Eto ang proof na sinama ko for sa application namin. no questions asked naman.

@minelliespiritu for visa 189 kayo diba?

Hi, my fiancee already got her ITA. In her claim of points, +5 was from me (partner skills). Last time I checked, the requirement for the partner skills is competent English + work assessment. However, during lodging, I do not see any part in the application where we can upload my work assessment as attachment. Anyone here who has the same situation with me & my fiancee? Hope you can help us. Thanks!

There are cases na umuubra ang CEMI pero meron din minsan na hindi kinoconsider ng CO yun at nanghihingi pa rin ng proof of english. If gusto nyo magsigurado better take the exam na lang, mababa naman ang required score and pwede rin pte or toefl :)

Hi. Baka may advice kayo na maibigay. Gusto ko isama na si GF sa OZ as a dependent sa subclass 189 and sa mga nabasa ko dito, mas advisable yata kung kasal na kami. I'm decided na rin naman na magpakasal pero i don't know kung may bearing ba yung length ng kasal/relationship namin. I'm planning to get married before I submit an EOI para wala na sana akong changes na gagawin. Concern ko ngayon, yung relationship namin is 8 months pa lang ngayong december. I'm planning na pakasal this January para sana mas maging smooth yung process namin. Thank you po.

@donyx pwede mo parin naman isama si GF kahit di pa kayo kasal, in a de facto relationship kayo yun nga lang need mo ng mga certain evidences and affidavit ng relationship niyo para mas mapagtibay, pero if kasal kayo marriage certificate lang, enough evidence na. I don’t think na mag mamatter yun if hindi pa matagal na kasal kayo kasi ano nga ba naman say nila kung nataon na nagkasabay ang plans niyo magpakasal while trying to migrate sa oz hehehe. Ok lang yan sir as a newly wed, importante is may evidence. Hope this helps sir.

For both married and de facto applicants you must provide evidence that you are in a genuine and continuing relationship. Evidence can include but is not limited to:

    joint bank account statements
    billing accounts in joint names
    joint leases or mortgages
documents that show your partner has lived at the same address as you

    Salamat po sa sasagot.

God is good all the time!
