    @donyx dalawa lang yan sir either mag exam sya or mag pasa kayo ng CEMI, pero may natataon sa mabusising Case officer di na tinatanggap ang CEMI, kaya ang pibaka straight forward na evidence of functional english ni partner ay english exam. 4.5 lang naman acerage in each band need ni partner makuha sir.

    @datch29 sir pag de facto relationship lang ang madaming hinihingan ng evidences na mga ganyan. pero if married naman kayo marriage certificate lang kagaya sa amin. wala ng mga bank statement and etc.

    @SAP_TRM pwede kayo magpagawa sir sa attorney tapos sama niyo na rin sa affidavit ang both patents niyo as witnessess para mas mapagtibay pa lalo. alam na ni attorney yan kung paano hehe

    Hello po! Question po, yung bf ko currently studying in Monash. Nagapply po ako ng student dependent visa. Nadecline po kahapon kase hindi daw solid proof na naglive in kame. We provided joint account statement and our domestic partnership certificate, pics, convo, plane tickets, fb post, stat dec from friends. Kaso wala po kameng lease of contract. Hay! Need daw po nun. How soon po pwede mag reapply from the time sinend yung refussal letter ng immigration?

    @chuful sad to hear that. better try to send an email, may contact naman sila if there's any question. also if may officer na naka sign sa baba ng letter or info where to get further information. If you can provide explanation, affidavit ng family members friends na in genuine relationship kayo better. kasi nag hihigpit sila sa students visa these days.

    @SAP_TRM anong documents ba ang minimean niyo po? kasi may caregories po lahat ng evidence, pero i assume ang tanong niyo po is kung saan uupload ang affidavit ng relationship niyo. Lagay niyo po sa other documents tapos others (specify) then pangalan niyo ng evidence of relationship.

    hindi na rin po ako nagbubukas ng immiaccount after ma grant hehe so di na ako updated sa bagong user interface nila. pero lahat ng other documents ko dyan ko inupload sa “other documents”, “other (specify)”

    sa upload section kasi ng immiaccount, meron section for the principal applicant and then a separate section for the partner. sa partner, wala kasing category to upload work-related documents and english asssessment. tama ba assumption ko na for the partner, he/she should just upload in the category of partner evidence?

    @batman opo nakadeclare naman po. Narefused kase hindi daw po solid proof na naglive in kame. Nakakastress nga kase kung magrereapply need daw ng lease pero hindi guarantee na maapprove. Huhuhu.

    @archbunki meron din po kame stat dec. Dineclare naman po bf ko na de facto ako nung nagapply sya ng student visa before. Ayun nga. Sobrang nakakastress talaga. Natatakot ako baka magreapply madecline ulet. Huhuhu.

    @SAP_TRM Oo doon po sa partner niyo upload ang documents ni secondary applicant. kasi noong time namin ganyan rin. yung documents ni main applicant kay main applicant tapos documents ni second applicant kay second applicant tapos yung marriage certificate namin inupload namin parehas sa bawat isa para sure hindi ma miss ang marriage certificate. hehhe

    mas mahigpit na kase sila ngayon dahil magrerevise na din sila ng partner visa and dependent visa rules. madami kasing nandadaya ngayon at pinagkakakitaan pa.

    better to apply on your own like 189/190/489.

    @patotoy ganun? kelan sila magrerevise? nakakapnghina naman. ang dami ko na rin kase nagastos. saying naman yung health cover na nabili ko na. hay. wala rin ako budget na for student visa.

    walang sinabing exact date of implementation pero naghigpit na sila kahit hindi pa implemented. you can check May 2018 thread, majority ng CO contact dun ay further proof of relationship kahit kasal na so what more pa ang hindi pa kasal.

    kaya sinabi ko na din na better to apply on your own like 189/190/489.

    point test stream yan, depende sa job na may equivalent anzsco code. 65 ang minimum points and the higher the points, the higher of chance of getting invited. visa 189 and visa 190 are both PR visa then visa 489 is work visa na may pwedeng state sponsored or relative.

    ok lang yn, since married na kyo, makakapag provide naman kayo ng marriage cert unlike sa defacto na mas strict sila sa at least 1 year of living together. check mo ung partner visa kung mas pwede yun kase sobrang konti lang ang naiinvite sa visa 489.

    @ozsome wala din kami joint lease kasi ldr kami.
    so marriage cert and photos together submit nyu.
    also submit all gifts sent in mails and other evidence na may relationship kayu.
