    I felt so lucky nga kasi yung company ko dito meron sa Australia ( Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane ) When my GM here heard na I am planning to go to AU next year she promised to endorse me to the GM in AU. Pero mas feeling lucky ako nung mag visit ang VP namen from abroad and my GM mentioned to him of my plans. He immediately asked if I need a job in AU and of course I said yes. He asked me to send my details to him when i arrived in AU and he knows papasok ako AU as student. I should not worry daw because they will take care of me. Sobrang thankful ako kay Lord kasi at least my positive na sa plan ko. My company only do internal hiring for other countries kaya i need to apply for student visa pa din..

    I just had my speaking test today and sana maging okay result ng ielts ko...

    Pray lang tayo lahat kasi God works in wonderful ways talaga...

    @kulay17 Statutory declaration of financial support, Passport copy and 1 id, and dahil tita ko ang sponsor ko, nagsubmit din ako ng birth cert nya at ng mama ko to show the relationship...tska prroof of income pa pala ni tita (payslip, itr) and bank statement...taga-aus si tita :)

    July 18, 2013 - Received CoE from school
    Aug 2, 2013 - Lodged Visa Application
    Aug 5, 2013 - Received text comfirmation that visa application has been received
    Aug 10, 2013 - Medicals done
    Aug 14, 2013 - Medicals uploaded to AUS Embassy Global E-Health as per NHSI
    Oct 31, 2013 - VISA GRANT :)

    Guys.. sorry naaaliw ako sa pamamasyal dito sydney... all is well.. 550 lng pala binayaran ko sa airport.. no travel tax.. all went smooth.. for me pangit plane ng PAL, though masarap food. Mahal dito sa Sydney, but i guess thats how everybody lives here...

    Have a brother na nag plan na mag student visa sa australia..
    Tanong ko po is paano po ang living cost and evidence of fund?
    Kasi plan naman na ako mag support sa kanya pagdating dito eh..
    Any experiences kng magkano ang fund na ipakita?
    Single applicant lang brotehr ko, plan to study for 2 years..

    @gbau Hi! depende po sa tuition niya. ano po ba course niya? Ganito po siya.

    Total tuition fees (for the entire length) + $18,000 cost of living (multiply how many years you will be studying) = the TOTAL and convert that to peso and that will be the amount of your show money.

    Mine is AUD 7,400 per term sa TAFE. 2.2M pesos po ang show money ko. It can be from 2 relatives na maintained within 3 months ang amount. :)

    Ang show money po ba is irregardless kahit may mag support sau dito sa australia.
    In our case, since ako mag support sa brother ko, need ko pa din ba magpakita ng roughly 60k aud na show money?
    Computer course ang tinitignan namin, and maybe same lang halos ng computation mo..

    @gbau opo :) yung mag support sakin is my lola dyan din sa AU. kailangan ng bank statement from july to october, maintaining yung AUD 60k. magstart yung bilang sa bank statement once may AUD 60k yung account. :)

    So meaning ung 60k, kailangan is nasa bank ko for around 3 months (as bank statement), para maipakita sa immigration, tama ba?
    Akala ko kasi, kng may relative dito, no need na for the show money..

    no prob po! :) depende po sa school yun kung need ng show money. kapag university, wala na po show money kasi malaki tuition. usually pag sa TAFE or yung hindi bachelor's yun ung may show money. :) madami nga ako requirements dito. mga payslips, bank statement. inaayos pa ng lola ko in AU.

    yup. tama po. kung magkano po yung show money, halimbawa AUD 60,000 dapat 3 consecutive months siya nasa account mo. :) pero pwede naman dalawa kayo. ikaw and mother niyo. ganun. advise sakin ng consultant, hanggang 2 lang po na bank accounts para mas convincing :))

    @gbau if your brother is taking up a bachelor or master degree, tapos yung university na napili nya is eligible for Streamlined Visa Processing or SVP, no need for show money. affidavit of financial declaration lang. but not all schools are eligible for SVP ha. kahit pa bachelor or master degree kukunin nya, basta ang school wala sa list, need pa rin ng show money. so better check out the list of schools sa immigration website. much better if he chooses a school from there.

    There have been some significant changes affecting the skills assessment requirements for international students.
    This will affect:
    Students applying in general professional occupations assessed by VETASSESS (eg, marketing specialists, economists, chemists);
    People completing IT qualifications in Australia;
    Those being assessed by ACS for permanent residency.

    Thanks din po. And since di naman masteral ang kunin nya, mas malaki possibility na need ng show money.. But basically, paano po ba ang show money? Deposit lang ba un, na after ipakita ang state,pment and the visa was granted, pwede ko na ulit galawin un? Or kailangan intact during the whole time na nag aaral brother ko?
