    @gherl, wow galing mo namn at tax ang kinuha mo. oo, madali lang dw ethics. theory lang tlaga. baka nga 2 kunin ko pag may pera pa. ethics at audit. mahirap ang fin rep kasi toa, p1 at p2 combined. durog lang. hahahhaa... 1st ko pa lang un.

    depends on what you want to pursue. Normally accountants would take CPA because it is more manageable esp. when you have a young family or working full time. CA is usually for people who want to excel more in their career. But I'm not saying that people who took CPA are not successful. Auditors are generally those who pursue CA. You need extra time taking the CA program kasi may schooling at group work. For overseas accountants, they need to study AU tax and law before they can proceed taking the program.

    Pag dating naman sa paghahanap ng work, they would ask for CA/CPA qualified. So both are valid. I don't know if there is a difference when it comes to salary negotiation.

    For some, they see CA as more prestigious. In the past, CPA gave accreditations to CA holders so you may meet "seasoned" accountants both as CA and CPA or better yet FCA and FCPA. However, CPA thought that they look inferior because CA wouldn't do the same for CPA holders. So they stopped this.

    I'm taking CPA btw. :-)

    matalino? feeling lang. hahahaha.. ang tagal kasi ng paisa-isa. e goal ko lang naman e maka-pass. more than half na ako sa strategic. sa ethics, nag uumpisa pa lang ako. nakakatamad e. Goodluck saken, sana matapos ko. hahahaha

    HI GUYS..pls help naman pano nakakapag apply for exam? what's the first thing to do? saan kayo nag rereview? will be moving to AU by December and yun nga sabi nila we cannot practice as CPAs there kailangn munang mag exam..thanks sa mag rereply..

    @TasBurrfoot pls help naman po sir..do u have a how to guide for CPAs who move to Australia who want to practice as a CPA/CA? Is it true na accounting clerk/low level lg yung pwedeng pasukin na job upon moving to AU? thanks..and Godbless!!
