Hi Admin!!! Pero ung course ko, BS Commerce and from UST. Ano po kayo ang chances nito? :( Salamat

You can try if your experience can be recognised under Recognised Prior Learning (RPL).

The best thing to do is check Yung nominated occupation. Are you nominating BSCommerce or software engineer? Then check ANZSCO for qualifications and skills whichever it maybe for Commerce or software engineering see if you meet them.

you will need to submit skills assessment for whichever occupation you have nominated. If you are nominating software engineering and have no formal qualifications for it, check if you can do RPL for it.

The most suitable visa should be Subclass 457. First, your sponsor must be an approved SBS. Second, he need to nominate a position where you are suitable. Then lodge visa application. All 3 applications can be lodged at the same time. LMT applies in 457 visa. :)

We've been in australia from dec to feb. 2 sisters ko citizen na and immigrant. Kami nlng ang wala sa australia. Will nominate sana adelaide and melbourne. Pero frst choice is adelaide kasi simple and tahimik unlike the cities. :) is it possible ba na makaalis before the year ends? Husband is the primary applicant.

Depende sa demand ng trabaho. If youre nominated occupation is in demand mabilis lang.

If I may Admin. To efficiently assess your migration intent, we need to identify first where your sisters are currently situated. If they are in a Designated Area in Australia, then your sisters can sponsor your husband under 489 visa. Although provisional, it is still okay. Just need to look at the Skilled Occupations List (SOL). If your husband's occupation is there, then there will be no problem at all. 489 visa is under the General Skilled Migration (GSM). GSM on the other hand is a points test based migration. Your husband may have to hit the 60 points pass mark. Good thing about 489, additional 10 points is rewarded to the applicant :). So your husband just need to work for the rest of the points. Assuming your husband has been working for 10 years and has a bachelor degree, 30 points can be obtained. Age plays a very big role. Aged 25-32 gets 30 points. If has proficient English, 10 points can be obtained. Hope this helped. GOD BLESS :)

New SimplyStall Mobile App!

Hi everyone!

I'm very happy to announce PinoyAu Forum's new app called "SimplyStall" . It's a new Gumtree like service for Pinoys in Australia but in a way better!

So if you have any items just collecting dust? Why not convert it to cash?

If you are selling new items or products or wish to give an item away for free then this might be a good avenue for you.

This project is a new initiative to unify and have a common portal for Pinoys in Australia to sell and share stuffs.

It's now available on Google Play and Apple App Store.

Please do try it out. I'd appreciate if you can help me spread the good news and start selling your old or new stuffs.
