hello, sir!my first application has been refused (with migration agent) . ngaun po ako na lang maglalodge ng second application ko using my immi account, kelangan ko po bang ilagay ngaun sa application ko na narefused ako dati?anong impact po pag nilagay at hindi?..salamat po.
Can I check with you? Where you refused by the assessing body pa palang? There are three other assessing body? CPAA, ICAA now ICAANZ and IPA. I was surprised by the refusal? Did you submit all the syllabus (or University handbook) for all the subjects (related to accounting (everything), finance, business, economics and management and any other subjects related to Business/Finance you took in Uni? Usually, for overbased qualification like yours - at least you need to get 9/12 to get the positive assessment. The three or sometimes two subjects depending on the assessing body will require you studying the bridging conversion should you need to study the program (Professional Paper = CPAA CA Program. These are two very common subjects - Australian Taxation Law and Australian Company Law. Check the current infos from the assessing body maybe there are already some exceptions for these subjects.
My thoughts on your case - is you can apply for another round of assessments to a different assessing body. The only downside to this is you need to pay. I am not sure the cost these days for a PASA (ICAA) or the migration assessment. If I am not mistaken you at least 9/12 competencies to get a positive assessment. The 3/2 is needed only when you decide to enrol the professional paper of the choosen Institute.
More importantly, you really need to provide a very detailed documentation - Syllabus detailing the subject coverage of each subjects. These document is a very thick one and it will come from the University where you finished your accounting degree. These detailed documentations are needed so the assessing body will be able to get an informed asssessment of the competencies you have taken overseas (pressumed PH) vis a vis to the Australian degree. As you know, once you are assessed POSITIVE - meaning your degree is comparable to Australian degree. Providing detailed documentations for nominated occupation (say Accountant ) is another thing because in this part of the assessment you need to provide third parties documents proving that you are a qualified accountant from overseas and working within the discipline.
Good morning, nakita ko sa mga post na you are from Saudi, ask ko lang saan and location ng medical exam dito? dito rin ako sa Jeddah nagwowork and plano ko mag file ng EOI next week. Pwede bang mag medical muna bago anf ITA if ever?

In short, transferee ako sa UE ng 4yrs. Would my grade or GWA still be considered in New Era kung di sia section 1? Thanksa sa reply. Hihi
