Heprex @carlo77 ngayon, yung 1221 sa Character, Evidence of -> Other. Kase dati, pag click mo yung 'Attach more documents', ang daming category, makikita mo si Form 1221. Ngayon kase 'other na lang sya' Ulit, dati, pag click mo nung 'Attach more documents', makikita mo dun yung category na 'Picture'. Ngayon 'Other' na lang, kaya baka dun mo sya upload. dami changes dahil sa mga maintenance activity nila. All the best!
