Hi @najie, i forgot na yung exact words na sinabi ko. Basta suggestion na sana they would send a notification that they have received yung additional documents and to review each case immediately once nasend na yung mga hinihingi nila. I indicated my name, birthdate and application ID 🙂

I am writing to give suggestion on cases being contacted by Case Officers asking for additional information and documents.
I applied for subclass 189 visa on May 23, 2018. I was contacted by your department today, September 10, 2018, asking for my partner’s Skills Assessment. This document by the way was already uploaded last May 25, 2018, under my de facto partner’s ‘Other Documents’ in Immiaccount. I uploaded the Skills Assessment immediately, hoping that my case would be finalized at once.
My suggestion is that it may be best if the case officer/s would mention the reason why they asked for the document. Like in my case, the document ‘Partner’s Skills Assessment’ was already uploaded in Immiaccount, but the Case Officer still asked for it after 3 months of lodging visa. It is appropriate and helpful if the requesting party would indicate the reason like if the document was corrupted, or if they did not see it at all.
I’ve seen a lot of cases like mine. I hope you would do something about this.
