Hi guys, binabasa ko yung thread na toh as far back pero wala ako nakikita na-clear na sagot sa mga tanong so tanong ko nalang uli. Pag ba na CO contact and nag request to attach additional documents, meron bang button to confirm na na-submit na yung additional documents? Also, when CO contact says 28 days, calendar days ba yun or working days? Thanks in advance sa tulong!

@SAP_TRM may dalawang scenario when it comes to CO Contact - (1) isang nag bago ang status to assessment in progress (mga kapatid not sure ako dito sa exact term - maki correct as needed) and (2) status remained as received.

Sa status (1) - dito may option/access ang applicant to click a button (information provided) as soon as na comply na lahat ng needed documents to address the case officer contact.

After ma submit ang button, the status changes to further assessment.

sa status (2) - the status remains as received, walang button to click even after makapag upload na ng documents needed to address the case officer contact. Walang nakakaalam why may ganitong nangyayaring set up when it comes to CO contact. For applicants in this situation, we recommend to submit a feedback para lang maging kampante lang din in terms of knowing na we did our part in finding ways to have our message sent to the CO in charge.

regarding sa question mo mo for calendar days vs working days - I would interpret this as calendar days (see below)

When do you need to give us the information?

You have 28 days starting on the day after we emailed this request to give us the information we have asked for.

In my opinion, since during CO contact e nasa atin ang bola to get things going, take it as calendar days - para you can better manage your time. Mahirap na iconsider sya as working days then in the end, gahol ka na pala sa oras. Basta complete the needed information as soon as possible.

Scenario (1) of @ms_ane 's examples applies to my case. There was a clickable button at the bottom of uploading page. Status changed to "further assessment" after attaching the requested document. Thanks @ms_ane for sharing.

It must be calendar days. 28 days is four calendar weeks.

Thanks @ms_ane ! I was wondering lang what type of feedback I should send them? We lacked the PCC and provided it. Ayaw lang din kasi namin maging makulit.

This is exclusively based from my situation so try nyo nalang na i customized based sa inyong situation:

IMMI ACCOUNT Application Status : Received

CO Contact Reason - Primary applicant ( me) and son - showing as have not undergone medical examination so they are requiring us to finalize it.

Dear Sir xxx,

Thank you for contacting me about my application's required Australian Immigration Health Examinations. I am sending this feedback to confirm that we have already completed the health examination last December 2018. It was confirmed by ImmiAccount Tech support that the outcome of our health examinations was not correctly linked to our visa application that is why our application still reflects as "Examination in Progress". All the explanation and supporting documents have now been attached to my application in Immiaccount as of March 18,2019.

I decided to give a feedback as my Immiaccount remains in RECEIVED status, and that I am just concerned that I don't have the means to inform you of the background details of my case.

I am concerned that when you revisit our application after the 28 day period - and still see that the medical examination still shows as "Examination In Progress" - it may come across as I have not taken any action on your request.

All the documents supporting my claim on the completed medical examinations have been attached under the following:

in my case, I don't have that submit button to at least confirm na "ok na sir tapos ko na yung nirerequest nyo or ok na sir na attach ko na yung kulang kong Form 80".

this is the main reason why I sent a feedback. It is a valid reason on my end para na din makampante ako, and I am sure - yours is a valid reason din.

We can send a feedback without sounding makulit. Try not to complain nalang din hehe.

The last thing we don't want to do is mainis ang CO sa atin 🙂

Be polite and respectful as possible. Resist the urge to highlight those cases na na overlook lang nila yung document na naiattach na initially ( gawin nyo yang feedback na iyan after ng na finalize ang application nyo lol).

At this point, while waiting for the grant, we are at their disposal.

Hi @SAP_TRM and @mcbjosa 🙂 If you haven't done so, you can read the feedback/complaint section. You can make the feedback sound professional and not irritating. Focus on improvement to the system, not to the behavior.

Hi, paano ka nag-reply, may iba ka pa bang email address na in-add? I mean, nag 'Reply' ka lang talaga sa email?

@gdcan sa iyong immiaccount front page , sa upper left makikita mo doon and Help and Support and sa drop down may option (pinakadulo) as Client Feedback. It will lead you to another page that says Compliments, complaints, suggestions. Read through the information nalang din to guide you on how to submit a feedback. Walang email akong pinag sendan, derecho iyon sa site may space doon na allocated for you to type your feedback. be ready with all of your relevant details din.

@gdcan after 2 working days they will provide a rather generic response stating na within the processing times pa yun application mo, but with the assurance naman na they have forwarded your feedback to the relevant case officer.

may nag feedback na nakareceive ng response (gaya ko and iba pa), meron din na mga nag feedback ng walang nakuhang response.

in my case. nakareceive ako ng response a couple of days after feedback (suggestion), pero nothing happened since then.

Ouch. March 31 nakareceive ako ng email from no.reply.gsm.allocated@homeaffairs.gov.au about additional documents (FBI clearance). Inupload ko ng April 13, but what I did not realize is sa very bottom ng attachments page is merong button that says "I confirm I have provided information as requested". Today ko lang nakita and clinick! 🙁

Ibig sabihin ba nito na forfeit ko yung 28 days to reply sa pag upload ng additional documents? It says sa attachments ko na April 13 uploaded yung FBI Clearance. And the status changed to "Further assessment".

@timbangers you can email them telling na na overlook mo ang button, di bale sa attachment naman 13 ang date. We pray for a positive outcome! Ma grant din yan, tiwala lang! God bless

@timbangers tama yan na nag send ka ng feedback agad. kung may option ka pa to upload a document, try mo na din na mag upload ng signed letter of explanation para atleast makita din ng CO mo yun (para 200% sure lang ba) na ipaliwanag mo na you have provided the needed document within the provided 28 day period (lagay ka ng screen shot ng April 13 upload date ng document) and that na overlooked mo lang yung button kamo. (lintek na button yan dami ng biktima nyan sa totoo lang)
