Ready na po ako mag EOI since nareceive ko na yung assessment ng CPAA. Ang siste lang kasi buntis si misis at due nya sa April.

Ano po ba ang magandang diskarte dito. Hintayin ko muna manganak si misis at maayos na lahat ng papers ni baby (passport, BC) bago ko mag EOI or mag EOI na ko ngayon?

Iniisip ko po kasi me mga sasagutan sa EOI like kung ilan ang dependents ko...sa ngayon si misis lang pero pagdating ng april, dalawa sila ni baby.

At kung mag EOI po ako at mainvite agad, kailangan ko kagad magproduce ng mga docs nila ni baby which is wala pa...any suggestion po?

@ImB submit eoi now. Pag na invite, apply na ng visa.. During medical sabhin na pregnant si misis, so medyo madedelay ang medical.. Pag nanganak na, you can submit changes sa application to include your baby..

Atleast nasubmit mo na application, you dont have to worry about changes in immigration policies, fees and occupation allocation etc

@ImB tama si lock_code2004 maglodge ka na. Kase if you will wait for your baby's passport and bc, naku pagkatagal tagal!well i don't know kase sa ibang municipality pero sa QC (sa QC ako nanganak) wala na silang special request para maprocess ng maaga ang bc and for you to get copy agad na nasa nso secpa (pag nagprocess ka ng passport para sa baby mo inaallow na yata nila kahit hindi nasa nso secpa pero kelangan iauthenticate ng nso) So yun, mga 4 mos bago ako nagkaron ng BC and passport ng baby ko dati 🙂

Follow up question lang, dun sa EOI ang ilalagay kong number of dependents eh isa lang muna po tama?

Tapos halimbawa pong mainvite po kami ni misis ako puede na kong mag medical si misis after few months pa after nya manganak. Di po ba me expiration ung invite na parang 60 days lang?

Mag file ka lang for visa just like kayong dalawa lang ng misis mo. Pag nag file na kayo at na grant na at wala pa baby, better. Kung processing at waiting ka, nanganak na si misis, ipaaalam mo sa case officer.

Pag may co na kayo, i mention mo na, na pregnant si misis. May additional fee for the new baby, i think pero at least processing at andun na papers mo. I don't know under what visa or what your job is but changes in the skills needed might affect you. So file it now when you can, and then let them know about the baby once it has all been filed and is ongoing. Kasi mas mabagal ang pag process ng papers ng baby mo kasi masyado mabagal ang sistema sa pinas hehe

Kun visa grant n kayo then saka kayo nagka baby and wala kayo sa au, u need to apply for child visa. Otherwise, just give birth sa australia. Automatic pang citizen anak nio.

In such instance naman na ongoing pa application and d p kayo nakamedical tas buntis ang wife mo. U hv to wait for thr baby to br born and add the baby to the application before u can do the medical since d pde mag xray ang pregnant ladies. Just inform the CO, u can get a letter fr ur wifes OB stating expected date of delivery nia.

Hello po. Question lang po. My chosen profession is under TRA, but at the website of TRA its telling that vetasses will be assessing us. Where then will we submit our docs sa TRA or Vetasses? 341111 po yong ANZSCO ko, electrician. Anybody having same case?

Bachelor Degree

To receive 15 points for having at least a Bachelor degree, you must have met the requirements for an award of Bachelor degree by an Australian educational institution or your qualification must be considered as at least comparable to a Bachelor level at Australian standards.

Note: To receive 15 points for a Masters degree, you must also have a Bachelor degree completed in Australia or overseas, or the Masters degree must be considered as at least comparable to Bachelor degree level at Australian standards.

Australian Diploma or Trade qualifications

You can receive 10 points for an Australian Diploma or Australian trade qualification.

Any other qualification

You can receive 10 points for any other qualification or award which is recognised as suitable for your nominated occupation in your skills assessment by the relevant assessing authority.

ask ko lang po, i'm a bsa graduate with 5+yrs experience, also a boardpasser. can i claim for the Bachelor Degree and Other Qualification at the same time?

as far as i know, yung bachelor's degree lang po yung ma credit sa inyo. hindi po pwede pareho, kung alin lang po mas mataas na level.

tsaka yung assessing authority yung magsasabi kung ano yung equivalent ng degree nyo compared sa standard nila sa Australia, at least sa EA po. hindi ko po sure sa iba.

@shye428 , Sa Engrs Aust po ang gingawa ay mag aaply ng Prof engr pero kung di suitable sasabihin nila kung engg technologist or engg associate. So isang beses lang kami mag sa submit ng application. Hindi ko lang po alam sa Occupation nyo. BSA Acciuntancy ba or architecture?

pwedeng di na antayin ung CO, just print the referral letter once na update nio sa system ung medical history.
