Question po:

I have completed my ACS assessment and IELTS na. Total points is 60 including SS. Gusto ko po sana mag submit ng EOI for NSW but my nominated occup is not on the list pa. I asked NSW kung possible ba na mag apply kahit wala pa opening. Here's what they told me:

<i>"If you do not meet NSW selection eligibility criteria, such as not having an occupation on the NSW Skilled Occupation List, your EOI will not be able to be considered for selection for the current Feb-June 2015 selection intake. However, it will remain in SkillSelect and can be considered for future intakes if your occupation is put back onto the list."</i>

DO you guys think na ok na magsubmit na ko ng EOI or wait ko mag open muna ang occupation ko? Also, may bayad po ba magsubmit ng EOI?

@AspireAU21 I could only provide an opinion from Visa 189 standpoint and based lang sa konti kong nalalaman about visa 190...

Walang bayad ang EOI

The hierarchy in terms of invitation (assuming your Occupation is in the SOL/CSOL) are as follows:

1st EOI with greater than 60 pts

2nd EOI with 60 pts from the ones with the earliest date of effect

Date of effect means, kung kelan ka nag-submit ng EOI and kung kelan mo na-achieve yung points that you are claiming… meaning including points you’ve claimed from SS.

Right now, basically wala kapa nakukuhang State Sponsorship from NSW or any State.. tama ba ko?

@wizardofOz Yes sa ngayon 55pts pa lang ako but since sa EOI for 190, inassume na nila ang SS, 60pts na ko. Sabi ng ibang members sa ibang thread, kung sila daw ako, mag submit ng EOI. So baka yun na nga gawin ko para once mg open na ang occupaion ko ay pwede na maconsider. Pag nagsubmit ng EOI, dapat na po ba upload ang required docs? Kelan po magbabayad? Thanks sa reply! I probably dont fully understand your motivation of submitting an EOI eventhough you still have not received a State Sponsorship...

If the intake for your Nom Occ opens-up eventually, I also dont know the consequences that in your EOI now you've already claimed points for SS that in reality is not yet there...

Baka may technicalities na masilip ang CO na you mis-claimed informations in your EOI and maging cause pa yan ng visa denial..

I would not submit any EOI if the points that I am not claiming there does not exists

But its up to you, baka di ko lang gets ang case mo.. I only wish you the best!

@wizardofOz nagchange po kasi ng process since Feb 2015. You first submit an EOI and the state will select you kung ok ang points mo. So sa EOI, aassume na nila na may 5pts ka for SS. Nakalagay din yun sa point breakdown. HEre is the new process po:

@AspireAU21 got it medyo na-gets ko na where your coming from.. wala akong idea... since you will do an EOI pero wala pa yung Nom Occ mo sa CSOL ng NSW..

So inassume ko po na ok lng na mag lodge ng eoi ngyon para mauna ako sa queue.

Sa mga nagpa assess sa CPAA, saan nyo po ni-upload yung assessment nila ng work exp nyo?

Duon ba sa Work Experience, Evidence of or dun sa Qualifications, Overseas Evidence of?

Nalilito kasi ko yung assessment nila ng qualification ko ni-upload ko na sa Qualifications, Overseas kaya iniisip ko na yung assessment nila sa work exp eh sa Work Exp naman iuupload.

yes, ok lang mag submit ng eoi kahit walang state na open. take NSW for example they do consider the date of eoi submission. so mas maaga , mas ok. anyway, eoi is free so no harm submitting kasi wala pang state nomination. You don’t need to submit any documents at the time being. U will only be required to upload documents, once you are invited to apply and have submitted your visa application.

It varies and it is based on your skills assessing body charges...
