if you did not break any conditions on your 457 visa, then there is no reason for you to get banned.
457 visa conditions are standard however each case is different.
some conditions are the following
lawfully stay in australia with valid visa,
work for 457 employer only
get private health insurance
457 visa are usually 4 years max, if your contract with employer is less than 4 years then hindi mo talaga matatapos ang 457 visa mo.
