hello! i browsed through the visa 189 document checklist and sabi need daw ng "Scanned colour copies" for the birth and marriage certificates..nung pina-ctc namin ung mga nso certificates, photocopied in black and white pero ung stamp ng certifying officer was in blue ink..so when scanned, b&w ung certs w/ blue stamp..considered ba ito na "Scanned colour copies"? tinanggap naman sa ACS nung nagpaassess kmi..or kailangan ipa-ctc namin ulit and make sure na ung pag-photocopy is coloured? another gastos and effort ulit if ever 🙁

advise from 3 years ago: when you scan in color, no need to CTC... at kung may CTC naman, di kailangan colored... capisce? 🙂

Ano po ba option ko para maka pag apply ng Visa kung hindi ako makakuha ng job offer sa WA?</blockquote>no other way, unless another state reopens and your occupation is in the list.

Hi anybody know as to how much money should I have to pave way migration to Australia? And as to how much should be in your bank reserve?

I am an accountant by profession and licensed one. Just started working here in Dubai but planning to move to Australia in time.

Hi Bro how many po kayo sa family ninyo? Kapag State Sponsorship Visa 190 some of the states required proof of financial capacity pero kung Visa 189 ang applyan mo No need na ng proof of financial capacity. Ang need mo lang is pambaon ninyo ng family mo that would be enough for atleast 6 months habang naghahanap ng job sa Aussie.

For the entire process kung magkanu depends pa din how many you are in your family na magmigrate. Cheers Mate! 🙂

Thanks Bro for the fast response. Migration will start with me and me alone. My family has to follow then (by this I mean my parents and siblings). Lucky for you you're living the dream. Is it hard to land a job there? Good job on your 75pts btw.

@australianwannabe Bro naginitial entry lang kami ni hubby ko last August sa Melbourne then balik Doha para makapagipon for the Big Move. I think medyo stiff ang competition pagdating sa job kasi medyo madami na din accountants na nagmigrate based yan sa mga accountant na friends namin na andun na din sa Melbourne. Iba kasi sa kanila inabot ng ilang buwan bago nakahanap ng job and iba naman kumuha muna ng odd jobs until makahanap ng accounting jobs kaya dapat talaga prepared financially kapag lumipat. Pero yung iba namin mga a month lang nakahanap na din agad. At the same time blessing talaga kapag madami kilala sa Aussie kasi madami din nakakuha ng jobs via referral. Nainterview kasi namin yung mga kaibigan namin nung nagintial entry kami para din aware kami and prepared for our big move. 😉 Sabi nila good na daw for 6 months sa couple na tulad namin na ala pa kids atleast 15K$ pero cympre mas madami mas maganda mabuti na ang handa. 😉 When do you plan to start the process? @Filoz Talaga they took odd jobs? Yun yung worry ko. I have to stack up more credentials then e.g. CMA. About having some acquaintance in AU, i don't have any 🙁 . I agree dapat madaming ipon (Eto din ang concern ko, financial constraint.)

I don't even know where to start. Should I take and get CMA certification then proceed to IELTS. Decisions decisions... ang hirap.

Get a 189 first while the boat is still boarding for accountants! 🙂

@australianwannabe I agree with @TasBurrFoot go for Visa 189 and take IELTS na as soon as you can then have your assessment either sa CPAA/ICAA/IPA along the way you can continue your CMA or kung anu man mapili mo na certification. Medyo pakonti na ng pakonti ang accountant na kinukuha ng Aussie last year around 5k ngayon fiscal year is 2.5k nalang so habol na bro. 😉 We don't know kung anu na naman ang changes ng SOL/CSOL by July 2016 so better hurry. I reckon since you are based in Dubai mas mainam makaipon habang wala pang tax bro. 😉 Isipin mo muna makuha ang visa then yung work it will follow. 😉 Think positive! 🙂 Cheers Mate!

Balak namin mag initial entry ng January. Ano ang mga initial steps na dapat gawin pagkadating sa Australia? Medicare? Centrelink?

mga 10 days lang muna siguro muna kami doon then balik uli (permanently) after 3months. May kailangan muna kaming isettle dito sa Singapore muna.

For your qualification to be recognised as meeting the necessary course content for accountancy degrees in Australia, you need to have studied at least nine of the 12 "core knowledge areas" below, including the four mandatory core knowledge areas below as part of your Accountancy degree.

Ask ko lang po... 2 course po kasi ako: Diploma in Electronics Eng'g Technology and recently, B.S. Industrial Engineering. Balak ko sana magpa-assess sa TRA on Electronics Eng'g Technician (kasi yun ang scope ng past and current job ko). I-aassess po ba sa educational attainment ko yung BSIE ko? Kahit kaka-graduate ko pa lang and wala pa ko experience dito and di sya related sa nominated occupation ko?

Ah I see... 3 yrs ago my wife had something similar - she cleared all 12 out of 12 in her migration assessment.
